Today I have shipped 26 big packages through UPS. I was frustrated with the UPS customer representatives and was not able to find a solution how to ship all those packages. So I called the UPS store 3 days back and MARK solved my problem within a second. He and his colleague from ups store came to my house and picked up all of the packages and shipped my packages to Boston. A big shout out to MARK. A big shout out to Cecilia as well and all other store employees. Everyone helped me. But MARK owes big one. Myself and my husband are really grateful to MARK.

I recently used this store to ship several very large and heavy packages. One of them contained about 100 pounds of goods and wouldn't have survived the trip in the flimsy box I initially packed. Mark helped set me up with a big, heavy-duty box. He and Shannan were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. All of my goods arrived safely. Excellent customer service!

This store was Fantastic! I went in just before closing, the lady was so pleasant and lightning efficient. I was done in 2 seconds! What courtesy! What efficiency! What work ethic! I want to give 6 stars!

The staff at this location are good at what they do. They were able to explain with clarity what services they had available, and helped me with everything I needed. Mark was very adept at directing the sequence in which services needed to be performed for maximum efficiency, Thank You!

When I went to this UPS store to drop off my package, it was very busy. Still, one of the workers took time to help a disabled gentleman in and out to his car with a package. The line moved quickly considering it was the week of Christmas! Unfortunately, my package was lost. I lost my tracking number but Shannon was able to look it up for me. She called all the stops where my package should have went but unfortunately it was not found. They are refunding me even though I did not purchase additional insurance. Shannon and the gentleman who helped me were extremely helpful and pleasant. Kudos!!!

Terrible. Owner, Shannan, was rude to me from the moment I walked in the door this morning. She's obviously salty about the fact that UPS uses franchise UPS Stores as "Access Points" for deliveries that can't be left without a signature (UPS' policy on anything from Apple, in my case). Not my fault, not my problem...I didn't even want to be there. Told me my packages was NOT there. Mystified, I went back to my office, tracked the package online and even wasted 30 minutes waiting on hold to talk to UPS customer service. All arrows pointed to this store. I called back, and Shannan's employee found my package. I drove back to the store - having wasted at least 90 minutes of my Monday morning. Not only was Shannan unapologetic...she tried to blame ME for not letting her look in the back for my package (what does that even mean?) Clearly this woman got up on the wrong side of the bed this morning...and from the looks of it, she really should not be a store owner. If at all possible, use the UPS Store in Middleton instead. Nice people in there.

This is the most inconvenient service offered by any shipping service. I shipped a product to my house for a reason. UPS then delivered to the UPS store after the first failed attempt at delivery. Totally negates the value of home delivery. And the hassles with dealing with the store was not worth the product. Will do my best never to use UPS and certainly never the store.

We recently shipped 8 large packages from this location on account of our upcoming move. Both the man at the counter and Shannon (owner?) were extremely friendly and helpful. First, they gave us a cart to lug in our heavy packages. Then, when we brought in three large bags that couldn't be shipped without being boxed, the lady went out of her way to help us box these bags and then print and attach shipping labels. This was great and friendly customer service at a very stressful time for us. Good to have one last glimpse of the Midwest hospitality as we leave the area. Thank you!!
