Why so this the only cvs that you can’t make appointments for for minute clinic anymore?! Walk ins only why? Because you can’t keep appointments you always fall so behind? I had a bad bladder infection and was the next person for over na hour because she had to take a phone call before seeing me. Poor professionalism very bad. Hire more people and keep your damn appointments! Greedy greedy greedy.

I have been to this minute clinic 3 times now and everytime I go I am treated Outstanding! Everytime I have been there is usually on a weekend my tooth would get infected and I had no way of getting into a dentist. The Nurse or Dr I am not quite sure which she is but she looks me over and then has assisted me by prescribing me an antibiotic or whatever I might be in need for the issue. She also printed me different dentist in the area with address and number. Very helpful. Then I go over the the pharmacy and I get my prescription. All of this in a matter of 20 minutes. I highly recommend if you can’t get into your regular dr and you have an ailment or a skin issue , go see them.

Had to wait in the parking lot (covid-related) over 50 minutes just to even get called in. No one gave a call to let me know they were running behind. I went in after 20 minutes and was told that it wouldn’t be long, but then had to wait over an additional 30 minutes. Very subpar customer service. They can’t be bothered to help anyone here.

Always take great care of my kids when we can't get to the dr. The doctor's...we've had two different ones so far, have been very helpful and always caring.

This clinic is a joke. Both times that I have brought my kids here we waited an hour and half to be seen. Never coming back.

CRAPPY!!! National call center with abrupt and demanding person that wouldn't allow direct contact with the minute clinic I was trying to reach. After a 5 minute argument and her 3rd abrupt demand for my zip code I just slammed the phone down on her. Rotten customer service! Don't waste your time!!!
