Fair prices but front desk is not the best, always on the phone and doesn’t deliver the full customer service experience, waited for 40 mins just to pay, if I wanted to I could’ve left and she wouldn’t have even noticed.

Went for an alignment for my car. They told me I need new tires before alignment,because the inner sides of front tires are damaged due to alignment issue. I went to Costco replaced new tires and came back have the alignment done. Few days ago, I went to Costco to do the first tire rotation after tire replacement, I was told my car need alignment , the front tires are damaged due to alignment issue. So I went to Ruben's,some guy told me alignment only 2 month warranty. There's nothing they can do. I have my car maintaince by Ruben's for few year. I don't know why the alignment didn't work at all. It's still keep damaging my tires. I'm very disappointed.

Kevin is the man, I asked for an alignment, they advised against it due to my worn control arm bushings, I asked for it to be done, Kevin did it. That simple. No argument, no laughing at me, he was honest, sincere and also let me know one of my tires had a bulge. I was on my way with the alignment + a new tire in less than 2 hours.

Great place and is gonna be my new auto shop, Giselle, Giovanni, and Raphael all do amazing work, left with exactly what I was wanting and couldn't ask for a better result, definitely coming back to do my rear brakes!!! This place will take care of you no matter what, and I'm very picky where I take my car for repair. recommend to anyone!

I went in to get front brakes for my car was quoted $145, which is a good price, now after sitting in the lounge for about 20 minutes the service advisor come in and tells me it's going to cost over $850 because my car needs brakes and rotor front and rear so I went to take a look for myself and to my surprise all four wheels and tires are still on the car so I asked how do he know I need brakes and rotors all the way round. He said that the tech drove the car. I was very disappointed with dishonesty.

Took my van in to get the breaks fixed! They messed up my brakes and wanted me to pay them again to fix their mess up!! I think not!! Zero stars is more appropriate!! Take your business elsewhere! Plus the office lady is rude beyond rude! I was asked to bring my van back in and to be here at 8 sharp, tell my why no one showed up till 8:30!! This place is a joke!
