Big thanks to Mike at the Longwood location. I had a reservation set up by a third party. The reservation was for a large full size suv. When I arrived at the location there were none on the lot. I was on a time crunch as I had several appointments that morning. Mike got us in a vehicle quickly and made a few calls. He had a large suv waiting for us at another location for us to swap out for the original vehicle we were put in. Thanks again Mike!

Got a rental here from Friday to Monday the customer service was outstanding getting and returning the vehicle , but to me they don’t take care of the cars with services and that can be kind of dangerous my car said the whole trip that it needed an oil change, and check engine and my car had no water for the windshield. You need to be careful to me they’re putting their customers at risk.

I read some of these reviews and find it hilarious, Rented and a full SUV for a week in May... Something wrong with the expeditions windshield, they gave me an Armada... in and out no charge difference. Rented a Mustang Convert in June, went there problem with the registration, they gave me a Dodge Challenger w/Sirius radio which was $100 more but knocked the price down to the rate for the Mustang.. So when I see the they gave me a different car and charged me more, wonder if its because of the attitude you go in there with, Treat people better and keep your entitled nonsense to yourself maybe you'll get treated better... Customer service orientated or not these people owe you nothing

The vehicle I needed was there for me when I got there. There were no unexpected surprises or charges when I dropped back off which is why I threw them the 5 stars. The service was explained thoroughly. Part of me wanted to give a 3 or 4 star but that would've just been because man renting a car is just flat out expensive but their rates were competitive with other rental places.

I made a reservation for a car at 1:30, and was able to get there at 1:56 before close. However, when I arrived, I was rudely greeted by Aroun Sayavong. I have been using enterprise for a very long time, and know it doesn't take long to register a car since I am in the system. I got there as soon as I physically could however, this was a major issue with Aroun. He aggressively asked me if I was Tasha, and rudely said "you're really pushing it, you know we close at 2?" After I told him I made a reservation online, and he told me they had no cars and I had to take a van. After I asked him if it would be extra he told me it would be $45 extra a day. Since I made a reservation for a car and didn't need a van, I asked him if any other enterprise had a car. To this simple question, he once again rudely replied no its 2, we all close at 2. I told him that I understand that they close at 2 and didn't understand why he needed to kept emphasizing it when I was simply asking why I could make a reservation for a car if they had none. He then told me "bye, bye", and when I asked for his card he told me it was up there with the 5 other cards and refused to tell him his name or which one it was. He finally handed me a card, but when I walked out, I realized it said Katherine or "Kathy". I walked back inside to get his real card, and told him he handed me Kathy's card to which he insisted that I was the one that grabbed it. The other employee nicely told me his real name, and I left with no car and an awful experience. I have been a customer of enterprise for a very long time and constantly rent cars from you, and today I had an emergency that placed me in need of a rental car. However, with the service I received today, I do not know if I will return. I feel that since Aroun Sayavong is an Assistant Manager of your Longwood location that he would have treated customers better. I would be embarrassed to have an Assistant Manager like that working for my company.
