I did get some good tires there a few months ago at a good price however it cost me a tow today because I was promised they would get to my vehicle today turns out that was not true so now it's going to cost me another toe to get it home. Probably only needs a few minutes so I guess we'll have to figure it out ourselves I can't leave it there for 2 or 3 days for something that is not a major job

This place went the extra mile when my engine blew and didn't charge me anything to diagnose it. Josh did the extra leg work, called a Hyundai dealership, wrote down all the info on the engine recall, and called me back to let me know everything. This saved me THOUSANDS!!! I ended up getting a free engine in my car and this would've never happened if it weren't for them. Thanks guys!!! Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

Tires Plus Guys Saved the Day! On my way to work, I got a flat tire. Yikes! Not something you expect and not something you can make an appointment for. Despite that, Joe Gentile got me in and was able to assist. Lucky me, I had two different Joes help me and both exemplified the customer service you rarely see anymore - kind, friendly, helpful and professional. A sincere THANK YOU to the two "Joes" for taking such good care of me. I will definitively return to this location and more than delighted to refer them. They GET customer service.

Been here a few times now and not only have they fixed the issues with my vehicles but they also don't rip me off even though they knew I didn't know what was wrong with my truck and I honestly can't say that about anybody else around town so I definitely recommend

Dropped my car off for an oil change, tire rotation, wheel alignment and general inspection. I received a call that my battery and air cabin filter needed replaced. My battery was under warranty elsewhere, so I declined it but went ahead with replacing the air cabin filter. No price was disclosed, but I knew they were pretty cheap in the past, so I wasn't too worried. When I went to pick up my car, I found out they charged me 45 dollars for the air cabin filter! I asked them how often they need to be replaced and I was told every 15 to 20 thousand miles. Mine was replaced 2 years ago and I've driven my car less than 4,000 miles since then! When I told them this, the guy who worked on my car happened to walk in and overhear me. He said that my filter looked to be in excellent condition. I didn't want to make a scene or get him in trouble, so I just paid and left. I'm really disappointed that I was lied to and I feel taken advantage of. I won't be recommending this location and I'll only return because I have lifetime alignments with them. I certainly won't be trusting them to tell me what my car "needs" going forward. My experience was not good I dropped my car off around 9am for brakes went back at 4pm and car had not been touched. I asked to used my coupon. Couping was 40 off each axle I got 2 axles done and only given the 40 off. It was a struggle to pay but applied for tire plus card and was approved so it was ok.

This place has some great employees. They are always courteous and do not overcharge. Another thing that some places including tire kingdom do, is try to upsell you things you don't need. I have been going here for years and have never been disappointed

Quick service. Quality job done. Good price.. Made an appointment same day for a wheel alignment and they had my car in and out in an hour. 4 star review because location hasn't had ink for the alignment printer for awhile and can not print out before and after measurements like advertised.

I have been coming to this Tires Plus location for about two years now. The customer service here is elite compared to most auto maintenance and repair shops around. They are honest, reliable, and truly going the extra mile for customers. They go above and beyond to make it a comfortable experience and their customer service is top notch. I have a lot of anxiety coming into car repair/maintenance shops and Matt and Dan at the front desk are always so kind and considerate. The technicians that work on the vehicles work quickly and effectively. Check engine light? Oil change? New tires? AC? They wouldn’t recommend service that isn’t necessary. They truly want to make sure you understand the health of your vehicle without draining your wallet. Anything you need to get taken care of...they will take care of you to ensure you get back on the road safely. 10/10 would recommend!
