Currently getting the run around from a call center somewhere in the world, not in the US. Order was supposed to be delivered on Monday, 8/15. XPO called to say that they didn't have my item, when Amazon tracking clearing shows it was delivered Friday 8/12 to Mcfarland, WI XPO. Then they said oh they have it but don't have a truck. Then we rescheduled it for Tuesday 8/16, and it was not delivered. So I called, and they said they didn't have the product and would have someone look for it tomorrow (its 6pm and they close at 5pm). So the call center had no info that they had it rescheduled, or that we already talked 3 times, and were back to square one that they were still waiting to receive the package before they deliver it to me. If I go to my Amazon tracking, first it says it was delivered but "customer was not home so have to reschedule" which is a lie, then it says that "customer requested reschedule" about 8 times which are all lies. I am a data engineer who works in supply chain. If I had to guess, I would call this fraud. When XPO screws up they tell amazon that it was a customer request to change the delivery date so they don't report that they were late delivering and mess up their supplier rating. My only problem is that I have no recourse since its a sub-tier shipping supplier. It's not like I can order from Amazon and request someone else to deliver it.

The absolute worst customer service experience. Showed up with a new fridge but said they did not receive instructions to install and then haul away the old fridge. Said they did not have time to perform those services despite us paying for them and then returned to the hub with our fridge. We called XPO customer service 6 times over the subsequent 10 days to get resolution. Constantly blamed others for the issue with delivery instructions and ended each call saying wait another 24-48 hours. Promised return calls from customer service were never fulfilled. Zero empowerment of their frontline customer service workers to address issues. We’re still with out the fridge and I don’t know what to do. Call a 7th time? Just crazy.

Worst experience ever. delivery date was scheduled and nothing arrived. Communication was terrible no one would help. only told an email or case would be sent ad responded to in 24-28 hours. My guest had no place to sit because what was ordered in April never yet arrived. A delivery has been rescheduled 10+ days later. We'll see if it arrives?

Very happy with the delivery. We had furniture delivered to our remote cabin. I was updated on delivery date, time. They called 30 min prior to arrival and arrived on time. I was very happy with this delivery !

They were pleasant and very efficient. They carried it upstairs and into the laundry room, unpacked it, and set it up. I left them alone to do it, and in less than 20 minutes they came to get me and tell me they were done. The washer was running already. They cleaned up everything and took it with them. Very pleased.

My family ordered a range unit from Samsung. We bought a new house and have no appliances. XPO was supposed to deliver our stove on 4/26/2022. When 4/26/2022 came, we received a notification that our delivery has been cancelled and needs to be rescheduled. We rescheduled for today 5/4/2022. We have yet again been told that our delivery needs to be rescheduled for Friday 5/13/2022. I have spoken with XPO customer service over the past couple of weeks and Samsung has spoken with XPO, there has been no resolution. We have two young kids at home and eating out or buying quick microwave meals for a family of four is expensive. If you are ordering something I would highly suggest checking if XPO is the delivery hub. If they are I would strongly reconsider you ordering from that company because XPO will cancel and reschedule multiple times stating they are short staffed and won't even let you pick up your own product and skip delivery.

Did not complete install of my gas dryer on the first date due to not bringing supplies to hook it up. Took 5 more days to come back and still did NOT complete the installation due to not having the correct parts. Never got a phone call to try and remedy or anything. No initiative to fix the problem or demonstrate commitment to customer service. Simply a "we'll fit you in when we can" approach.

They did not call ahead but I made sure I was home in the 4 hour window. The big reason for the poor rating is because their technician did not hook up the dishwasher correctly. Water was every where. I had to take it all out and YouTube it to hook it up correctly. Customer service was no help and said I had to contact Samsung even though it was an XPO tech that messed up the install.

OVER A MONTH TO DELIVER SOMETHING?!?!??!?! THAT IS INSANE!!! For a Logistics company you'd think they'd have better systems in place to get something delivered in less than a month and half! Tried calling to get it expedited and just got pushed off saying they'll call me back. Edit: after a few phone calls I was able to get the delivery moved up much sooner. If this would've been the deal from the get go they would've gotten 5 stars. The guy who installed it had a coat on from some other company but did it all by himself in a very quick and efficient manner.

Once the delivery day was confirmed, everything went smoothly. However, I would get daily texts for weeks telling me to call them to set up a delivery time. Every time I called I was told there were 140 or more callers waiting ahead of me! Finally, I just called them one day and put my phone on speaker, and did my grocery shopping while waiting for a live person. At that time I was told my delivery day was 6 weeks away! However, 3 weeks later I got a text from them stating my delivery would be rescheduled for sooner, only 2 days away. I got a call when they were 20 minutes away, and they arrived on time. The delivery guys were polite, friendly and respectful, although I did have a hard time understanding their English. Both wore masks, and did a really great job. It was negative 6 degrees outside that day. They took my door off for me, and also put it back on, and they also went out of their way to hook up the right electric plug-in cord for me. My 5 star rating is for the delivery guys, not the delivery company in general. I would give the delivery company only 3 stars because of the fact that you could never get a live person on the phone, and I was paranoid they would send my stove back to the place I bought it from!
