That manger named Jenni is the best manger I have seen there it could be slow sometimes but always fresh food.I think she should be GM just saying she's always understaffed but food gets out. Thank you for fresh food😀

Completely terrible!! Every time we come here, we wait 20 minutes In the drive through line (before even having our order taken), then we wait another 20 minutes for our food. Where is the management for this store, they are ALWAYS understaffed.

The ONLY reason for the 5 stars is Marie. There was a crazy wait cause everyone else in the store was just chillin, dusting off sesame seeds off the counter leisurely. Mean while miss Marie is like the road runner zipping throughout the whole place get sh-- done. I watched her single handedly carry this whole crew. Whatever you're paying her, it's not enough. Making food (even with 2 dudes standing around moving slower than molasses or not doing anything at all), taking care of the lobby, taking care of the drive thru (even with a woman standing there who even announced "well I'm on drive thru" barely doing anything as well) and handling when food came out wrong, she was delightful and friendly and vibrant. I'm offended for her that she has such a weak staff and I truly hope you realize she is the only thing keeping this store afloat. Even another patron in line said she wasn't being paid enough.

Unfortunately they managed to get 2 or the 4 burgers we ordered wrong tonight. Double TX was only a single, the no pickles burger was loaded. At least this time they had all the food. Many times this location is short on food items.

Apparently now they charge if you ask for more then three water cups. I have never been anywhere that charges for water. To top everything off the service was more compared to "slow food then fast food". And the gal the handles the register had major attitude. We also stood at the ordering station for 10 minutes before anyone noticed or paid attention we we're there. I'm normally not one to leave such a feedback that is remotely like this. After a experience like this I couldn't just sit back. What happened to manners and respect nowadays? Seriously un-called for and I'll be following up with corporate.

Stuck in the drive through for over 40m, waited 20m at the speaker even though there were only a few cars. Worst drive through experience Ive ever had! I had to leave, couldn't wait to get my food. Never coming back to this BK!

As much as I love burger king this one has major flaws that need worked out. Mostly the biggest is understaffed but also I've come through and have had wait times of 15-20 mins just to order then another 15-20 waiting in the drive through cause only 1 person is working and (I've seen in 4 times) the other employees or put in their cars! I've also been told I couldn't order 2 family bundles even though I was using a coupon for one and willing to make a separate order for the other I was still told no.

Well it was Easter we were worn out from the busy day, I looks up google to see who was open and it said BK was. I ordered on my app but when we got there they were closed. That is understandable they said they closed at 5. I was a bit angry at the app. I called the store for a refund. They said I could wait for the GM that was not there or they could make the order. They were kind and understanding. They made the order perfectly and had no additives at all. Thank you for your willingness to understand.

You would think that after 3 years of terrible reviews. All relatively about the same patterns. That someone would retrain the staff or get staff that moves at a faster pace. You should never have to sit at a drive thru window for over 20-30 minutes for any order. Especially three burgers and fries. I’m surprised this place is still in business or that corporate hasn’t come in and closed the franchise. They were well staffed. The two sitting in front of the counter were just standing there like they had no idea what was going on. We won’t go here ever again.

Place looks new. Very nice looking. The employee couldn't of been nicer. He was very friendly and talkative. He even delivered my meal to my table. I don't normally eat eggs but I was in a rush and need something quick. I had egg on a croissant and it was excellent.
