Service is pretty slow, orders are often not fully accurate. The staff just doesn't seem to care about providing good service. They seem put-out to have to deal with customers. They also frequently turn off the mobile ordering option, particularly when there's a good promo in the app. I really like Sonic in general, so I keep going back, but I'm starting to feel like it would be better for Windsor to not have a Sonic at all than to have this Sonic.

Gave these guys a second chance after leaving the 2 stars. HUGE mistake. The first time was slow enough with the result being a cold, burnt cheeseburger, frozen fries and someone else's drink. The second time...I celebrated three birthdays in the time it took to get a slush and cold tater tots. The car in front of me got so mad over the wait they crashed over the curb barrier and made a runner. Should have followed. You could drive to the Sonic in Cheyenne and back before this location would get your order out and/or correct. The stalls are never open and the staff are unbelievably rude.

My experience wasn’t that great. I came to get some drinks and waited for them to take my order for 11 minutes. No one cared to come on the speaker and say one moment or anything like that. Once I got my order taken I then went to the window and sat there for 8 minutes. While I watched the man take everyone’s orders and have my drinks sit there. When I finally got my drinks they were very rude and not sincere at all.

Did an online order, they let us wait 20 minutes at their stalls for us to hit the button to be told only there drive thru is up and running.. no signs what so ever stating that. Went through drive through and they gave us our food cold since it was sitting the whole time. Plus they gave us the wrong burgers as well Weren't able to give us the ice cream we ordered and couldn't get a refund from them, had to call a secondary number. Never going back.

Tried to come here expecting what I ordered when I got home…just one simple item. 10$ for just a drink and mediocre chicken fingers is all I ordered. I opened the box and it was full of bacon. (No one else in drive thru) completely ripped off because what…I came here half hour before close?

Just the worst. 30 min wait with no one there. Maybe 2 people working. Always out of half the stuff. Stale buns half the time. Seriously, embarrassing. I’m a nice person. I never write reviews. I still suffer there once in awhile because I love sonic. Need to put this franchisee on some probation. Who running this joint?

First of all, I would like to leave zero stars. This is literally the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to…and I’ve been all over the US. I can understand how they are having staffing issues now, but even pre-covid they were horrible. Wait times would be significantly longer than they should be, food was just thrown together in the bag. The other night they were only serving drinks, no food or ice cream…how on earth is corporate ok with this? I’ve never experienced anyone working there that wasn’t rude, to top it all off. Perhaps under different management it could be turned around? All I know is that I will not be eating here again in the future, unless something drastic happens.

I pulled up to a spot and was told rude and very loud that drive thur is the only thing open ok so I pulled up to drive thur to hear hi what can I get you I let that one go I ordered 3 things 2 of them was blasts with extra candy and this is what we got and heard anything else 4 times which almost got somebody talked to

This sonic never seams to have enough workers, I pulled into one of the stalls and they where closed. I then pulled into the drive through and was told it would be a 30 minute wait. I was willing to wait 30 minutes and I still wanted to put my order in. 30 minutes later and still no one had taken my order.

This is the second time we've tried to eat at this Sonic location over the last 4 months. The first time, we waited in a stall for over half an hour for milkshakes. This time, we attempted to go through the drive-thru and waited 20 minutes after ordering before giving up and exiting without our order. They served 1 car in that 20 minutes, and there were 3 more in front of us. We weren't in a position to wait potentially over an hour for a couple of limeades. I understand that there are staffing issues everywhere, but some notice up front about how long orders are taking would be appreciated. At this location specifically, because the drive-thru is located in such a way that it is literally impossible to exit the line at any point before the order speaker, it would be helpful if they posted signage about significant wait times somewhere near the entrance to the drive-thru. We won't be returning as customers to this particular location, at least until staffing issues are resolved.
