The Windsor McDonald's was terrible today. No one acknowledged our presence until we asked if anyone was working the front. It seems that they want everyone to use the drive thru. Employees walked past us several times without even looking at us. The lady who took our order was wearing a mask and couldn't speak clear English. Terrible!

Complete chaos with no direction from management. Kiosk never placed my order, although showed I paid and the order was placed. Waited 15 min and complained. Sent out the worst burger I couldn't pick it up without it falling to peices. 30 min later I got the order by then my lunch break was over. They Gave back the 5 dollars and change for the hassle but I paid $9. Fries were cold by time I got my entire meal.

This is the best McDonald's ever. Ms. Karla provided the best and most welcoming service ever. She made me feel at home.

They finally achieved success in their mind. They were too busy for customers. I walked in and left after 15 minutes of no service. Their fancy kiosk was glitchy and the staff had drive thru customers. Maybe it's time for more adult type food and atmosphere. This isn't the first or only time, it was a long run. I walked out empty handed and the young man at the counter was clueless. I'll miss you guys, it's been years.

Rude customer service. I’ve worked at a McDonalds and would never treat anyone with the disrespectful back lip of grown adults given here. Food couldn’t have been colder. And don’t expect them to have any drinks in stock or any ketchup and don’t ask because how dare you ask them anything. Just really the worst McDonald’s!!! Give you a bad taste and bad attitude from dealing with disgusting workers from here

This McDonald's is THE WORST ever! Waited 30 minutes for an order in a Sunday Afternoon with nearly no customers, dry buns, cold and undercooked burgers. Avoid this location. They never get it right.

Tried to find a table to sit at but all were dirty. Does no one care anymore about anything? 2 o'clock on a wednesday, the manager was interviewing and couldnt find a clean place to conduct her interview so she pushed the trash can aside to go into the play place that has been shut down for 3 years. still no one cleaned, might be the cleanliness of the kitchen to, be aware!

I just want to give a shout out to this Windsor location! I moved out to Windsor almost 20 years ago and I've seen this store go through some things. I've seen customers explode over salty french fries I've seen over at least 50 high school kids crammed in the little lobby. I've seen kid break his nose going down the slide almost 15 years ago. There has been times where they were super short staffed and only had 2-3 workers during a lunch rush and still kill it. I've always been impressed how well they handle those situations and still manage keep the restaurant going and customers orders out. Obviously been to many McDonald's in my , but they're always seems to be some sort of backup or lack of communication with the workers. We've had order mistakes at this location before, but they always have been super helpful on correcting t. You learn to appreciate this store after you've been coming to it for so long. The employees go through a lot I am sure, but just want to let them know that they're doing a great job! 👍

Over the past year customer respect and professionalism has left this place. Couple months ago while ordering at the drive-thru there was a second person on the comms that started talking about a guy creeping her out when talking to him and a bunch of other things that definitely should not take place for customers to hear. After the last incident we stopped purchasing food from here. Well, yesterday we decided to try again and the person taking the drive thru order tried a bad attempt at an Australian accent, then rush talking, then tried to act cool and gangsta. There are plenty more establishments available in town that act more mature and professional towards customers that we will give our money to from here on out.

Usually have a fairly solid experience with this location. Lately however quality seems to have gone down hill. The latest incident? Order 2 for 3$ Buffalo Chicken Biscuit. What I got? One whole chicken missing. Good job guys.
