The staffing at this store is amazing. The deli, dairy, floral and cashiers are always available. However, I have been concerned about the availability of certain products. I see multiple customers with carts full of soda, meat and other items on sale, that I can only assume is for resale. I have heard other customers complain about this as well. -Why should one customer be allowed to get 36 cases of soda and others cannot get 1? -Is this a retail store or a distributor for local small businesses? -Are limits not enforced due to a focus on “total sales?” I have visited this location multiple times and am always impressed by the dedication of the staff. If it weren’t for them, I would not visit this location.

Second time in a row I've paid for groceries that never made it home. This time, a whole bag of instant rice, 5 packs, somehow didn't get bagged and put in my cart. Not sure if they are trying to screw me or just don't care. Either way, I'm done with this store.

Kroger on John r road is fabulous but the one at 18 dequindre the marketplace is chaotic people don't know how to drive in the parking lot

The girl in the pharmacy told me they stopped taking Good Rx and then told me I had to pay $170 for my prescription that was supposed to be $30. Thank God I didn’t take no for an answer and had her ask the. Other associate….. when they punched the code in guess what? It worked!! and was only $30

Love this store because is so close to home. There is a problem with one of your cashiers (Elaine) ! EVERY time I go to her register, she is very rude. She needs to learn some "customer service" and to speak kindly to the customers! I'm sick & tired of her negative additude!

Stopped here today for bottle return and a little shopping. I hadn't been to this location in years and I was shocked at how rude and despondent some of the employees were in the bottle return department! It took 3 employees just to help me with the glass bottle return because the machine kept stopping even though the bins weren't full. One lady employee shoved the corner of the shopping cart I was using into my groin because it was in her way...I don't think it was on purpose but it just shows the general careless attitude of the employees here. I don't think I'll be coming back. The lady in U scan wasn't very nice, either.

Hopefully someone from your store will see this and pass on the feedback to the nice lady in your deli. I'm a frequent customer and I love the smoked mini chicken wings that are kept warm behind the counter in the deli department. The employee who helped me was very very nice and her and I ended up having a brief conversation. It's nice when you can walk in a place and feel like it's your own neighborhood back at home. I'm not just speaking with a employee I'm speaking with someone more than that. I can't remember her name but she was short, hair in a bun, and very nice.

I got kicked out of this Kroger today for trying to meet people and have a good conversation. They said I’m not allowed to talk to customers. Employees are very unprofessional at this store and character less. I’ve been to multiple stores to network and never experienced something like this. It’s not like customers are angry and complains.
