5 Best grocery store in Troy, Michigan (MI) 2024

This location on Maple Rd in Troy has a very good and slightly different selection of frozen goods and fresh produce than some of the other stores. It is kept clean and stocked as you would expect from GFS locations. The workers are helpful and friendly. This is a great place to buy bulk items or as a grocery store alternative during these supply shortage times. ~Roseclan24

Most of the staff that works at this kroger location is annoying, rude, and I just hate them. They don’t even have anyone at the bakery and when they do they are rude. AS WELL AS THE CHECKOUT PEOPLE. So nasty Another thing, it’s empty. They are always out of stock on so many items every time!!!!!!!! ~Rita

The staffing at this store is amazing. The deli, dairy, floral and cashiers are always available. However, I have been concerned about the availability of certain products. I see multiple customers with carts full of soda, meat and other items on sale, that I can only assume is for resale. I have heard other customers complain about this as well. -Why should one customer be allowed to get 36 cases of soda and others cannot get 1? -Is this a retail store or a distributor for local small businesses? -Are limits not enforced due to a focus on “total sales?” I have visited this location multiple times and am always impressed by the dedication of the staff. If it weren’t for them, I would not visit this location. ~christopher

I'm only rating curbside pickup: They are exceptionally timely and efficient. The staff is polite and courteous. The pick up area is clean and shaded from the sun with a pleasant breeze on a hot and sunny summer day. I almost wanted to just sit there in my car a little while longer lol ~Dell
