My son and I had a wonderful experience shopping at DXL in Mobile, AL. The staff was very attentive to our needs, assisting with different sizes as needed. The clothing options were unmatched by any Big and Tall store we had ever shopped. For once in his life, my son was able to get many different shirts/bottoms that he felt stylish and comfortable wearing.

Absolutely loved my experience at the Mobile Al store. I believe the guy's name was Jaidan that helped me get a suit that fit right. I had a horrible experience with customer service at Mens's Warehouse the day before but I left DXL 100% satisfied.

Mrs Holmes is the absolute best!!!! Each and every time I enter the store she makes me feel like I am walking in my personal closet and she is my personal stylist. She is very informative and knows fashion. I must admit the price point is a little on the expensive side but excellent customer service and knowledge of products really overshadows all of that for me.

This is my favorite store. Not a surprise considering I'm 330 lb. :-) the very nice lady was courteous, helping me find what I needed quickly and with a pleasant attitude the entire time. I know of course she works on commission, but it was still wonderful.
