Poor customer service. I guess if you don’t go in with a suit and tie on they will over look you. You never know who make walk in the store. Please keep that in mind. The guy in the store looked at me several times and didn’t offer to help. So I left. Very disappointed!

I made an appointment online 2 weeks ago for my fiancé and I. I was expecting someone to call or at least send me a email letting me know our appointment was confirmed. I never heard from anyone so I decided to call 3 days before our scheduled appointment to verify. I was told they had our appointment in the computer. In my mind I'm thinking, that's great but also thinking why didn't anyone from the store call us to confirm our appointment? 🤔. Anywho, fast forward to our appointment day. My fiancé and I arrived on time. We walked in and the store was packed!! One of the workers told us she would be right with us to help but we continued to wait. We kept waiting until another worker finally came to help us. I told her we had a 12pm appointment and she proceeded to help us but only for a few minutes. Shortly after she walked us to the table, I'm assuming a lady who was the Manager told the girl who was helping us that another group of ppl were here before us. So the girl that was helping us immediately left us and help another group! I am very disappointed in Men's Wearhouse. They do not follow there own policy with appointments!! We waited 15 mins before walking out.

I purchased an expensive(over priced)suit yesterday and I had specifically asked if the hem can be adjusted for a wedding this weekend. I was told that it would only take a few minutes. I could pick it up the next day, no problem I showed up and after 15 minutes at the front desk someone acknowledged me. I told them I was picking up my suit. They checked the back and came back out to tell me that there was some misunderstanding. He asked me when in Febuary did I want to pick it up. I had to remind him that when he sold me the suit just yesterday, it was ceyatal clear that it was for a wedding. I had to wait while they hemmed and pressed my suit. Meanwhile, I overheard him tell other customers that they can hem and pickup today (within an hour). This was not my first purchase here, but I might have to reconsider where I make my next purchase.

I blew it by waiting a week and a half before the wedding I needed a suit for, William came to my rescue! He greeted me as soon as I entered the store then I told him my budget and how soon I needed a suit. He quickly and thoroughly explained to me my purchasing options, he let me know about the text discount, and explained to me different styles and brands of suits as we tried them on. Once I chose a suit, tried it on, and he marked off the hem for my pants, he had me out of there in probably less than an hour and more importantly within my budget! Absolutely positive experience; I should have mentioned that I walked in with zero idea on where to even start. William’s professionalism (knowledgeable, amiable, and efficient) was exactly what I was hoping for.

Absolutely best experience I’ve had purchasing any form of clothes ever! Cole was the best helped me in any way he could and made the experience amazing. Finding the shirt to go with my custom tux for my wedding was a problem but he did everything he could and got me a perfect one. I would highly recommend this place and especially cole grade A guy. My wedding will be awesome because of him and men’s warehouse. The measurements where perfect first try and was very quick. Helped on price and finding exactly what I wanted. Anything I asked I received. They need to give him a raise and his own store. Thank you Cole and men’s warehouse

What a great experience! I had to come in town at the last minute for a funeral and the service I received was second to none. The lady that helped me and my 9 year old son just a little while before closing was awesome. I wish I remembered her name but she got us fitted, hemmed, and out the door quickly and with a sweet friendly smile. It's folks like this that makes your bad day much better. Thank you!
