I had an online order that arrived with a wrinkle bomb so I went to the local store. They got everything pressed and pants altered on the spot. Everyone was helpful and courteous. I will definitely be going back to the Mobile store again. They went above and beyond!

My boyfriend had to be fitted for a suit for an upcoming wedding. Marsha is the sells consultant that assisted us. She was amazing! Very nice, professional, knowledgeable and just overall great to work with! She put together several great style options for him! We usually shop online from them, but knowing that someone like Marsha is there to help will definitely be a reason to shop in store!

Great first experience! my salesman was Brendan and he knew what he was doing. He made sure that I was fitted perfectly and made it quick and simple to buy a suit. He helped me picked out colors and what looked good! He was very helpful!

Went to Jos. A. Bank for a nice suit for my wedding. Help in the store was pretty good but the alterations were terrible (hence the 2 stars). I needed the jacket brought in around the waist and waited from August 24 to Sept 10 for it to be ready. I tried the suit on when I picked it up and the guy said "yep, looks good", and it did look good from the front, but I didn't notice the bubble on my back between my shoulder blades. I took it to the cleaners to have it pressed then home the next day and tried it on again when my fiancee obviously noticed how bad it looked. I'm not a suit expert and expect the staff at Jos. A. Bank to tell me if it doesn't look good before I take it home. I really can't believe he let me walk out with the suit like that especially after spending close to $880 on the suit and a dress shirt. I took the jacket to another tailor to have it fixed (since it was closer, needed it the next day, and didn't trust J.A.B.) and later called the store to see what they had to say. The staff member on the phone (pretty sure the same guy that looked at my suit when I tried it on) was sorry for the bad experience and asked what I wanted to make it right. He offered to refund the $28 alteration fee but I declined since I don't want the money, I just WANT A DECENT SUIT TO FIT RIGHT. I'll just never go back to the store again since I don't trust them with basic alterations. As you can see from the photos there is extra fabric on the back. I realize it is on a hanger but what tailor looks at that and is happy with their work unless it is for a hunchback? Additionally, the horizontal stripes on the suit don't line up where the new sewing was done. Generally not impressed. What does it take to get a decent suit and decent service??

They are absolutely wonderful, especially Ms. Deborah!!! They helped us find the perfect suit we were looking at the right price. They invested so much time into making sure it was exactly what we wanted and catered to every need we had. We will definatly be going back here for his next suit!

Terrible experience. Stick to buying local because they will take care of you unlike these guys. I had a very impatient gentlemen helping me who much rather cared about the patrons around him. Service goes out the door here and Jos A Bank is pretty much a scam if you look at how they mark up garbage suits and lure you in with "sales". I'm sticking local. support your local people.

I would avoid visiting this location at all costs. I have shopped at Jos A. Bank for over 20 years and I have never experienced a problem until I moved here and visited this location. I walked in the store earlier this week and no one was there to help. I eventually walked towards the back and waited and waited. After about what was about 15 minutes some younger gentlemen walked out and were cutting up. After I told them what I wanted they still ended up forgetting and retrieving the wrong thing multiple times. Once I went to the register they rang up the items wrong and I was charged twice. Terrible experience and now I am going to visit the next nearest location to fix this problem.
