The manager Tammy at the Shillingers location is very rude and unprofessional. I have been shopping here for years and never have been treated so horrible. If I could reach out to someone over her I would definitely like file a complaint on her. This was the worst experience I have ever witnessed at Burkes Outlet.

This is a nice store to buy clothes, shoes and home decor items for good prices. They have nice Christmas decoration items for the holiday season. Staff seems nice and store seems clean and we'll organized with decent prices!

I love Burkes. They have so many great Christmas items out right now plus everyone gets 10% off on Mondays.

Burkes always has great deals. They also have many new styles that really are not out of date. The staff is usually helpful however, this trip today had one of the employees running around yelling put randomly in a rude fashion. She was berating some of the other employees in a rude manner. Once she was standing by me yelling at one of the other employees and it appeared that she really just did not care and was doing the yelling on purpose.
