I have been an Office Depot customer for more than 10 years and I have found the stores generally very well stocked and I’ve had good service from the staff. My most recent was one of my most exceptional for the high level of assistance, patience, and attention I received from “Nimi” who went beyond expectations to help when one of the store copies was out of order. She stepped up to get my complex project completed expeditiously and perfectly using store copiers. . It was a 5 star transaction that kept me on schedule to deliver my project as necessary.

Great selection of office supply products. Rough experience with the Rewards program. It's run by a third party, which means no one in store can help you with your purchase. Luckily, even though my rewards credit got lost, Office Depot has a fantastic customer service agent named John (I'm 90% sure that was his name) who quickly found a solution. Thanks for the great customer service!
