When I went to this UPS store to drop off my package, it was very busy. Still, one of the workers took time to help a disabled gentleman in and out to his car with a package. The line moved quickly considering it was the week of Christmas! Unfortunately, my package was lost. I lost my tracking number but Shannon was able to look it up for me. She called all the stops where my package should have went but unfortunately it was not found. They are refunding me even though I did not purchase additional insurance. Shannon and the gentleman who helped me were extremely helpful and pleasant. Kudos!!! ~Jennifer

I have been an Office Depot customer for more than 10 years and I have found the stores generally very well stocked and I’ve had good service from the staff. My most recent was one of my most exceptional for the high level of assistance, patience, and attention I received from “Nimi” who went beyond expectations to help when one of the store copies was out of order. She stepped up to get my complex project completed expeditiously and perfectly using store copiers. . It was a 5 star transaction that kept me on schedule to deliver my project as necessary. ~Gary
