The entire experience was convenient and efficient. I went into Superior Storage needing a unit within less than a week. Gerry helped me identify an appropriately sized unit based on my belongings and walked me through the whole process, while giving me helpful tips, in about 10 minutes. The units are extremely easy to access and Gerry went above and beyond to make me feel confident that my possessions would be safe. When I went to this UPS store to drop off my package, it was very busy. Still, one of the workers took time to help a disabled gentleman in and out to his car with a package. The line moved quickly considering it was the week of Christmas! Unfortunately, my package was lost. I lost my tracking number but Shannon was able to look it up for me. She called all the stops where my package should have went but unfortunately it was not found. They are refunding me even though I did not purchase additional insurance. Shannon and the gentleman who helped me were extremely helpful and pleasant. Kudos!!! ~Jennifer

My most recent was one of my most exceptional for the high level of assistance, patience, and attention I received from “Nimi” who went beyond expectations to help when one of the store copies was out of order. She stepped up to get my complex project completed expeditiously and perfectly using store copiers. . It was a 5 star transaction that kept me on schedule to deliver my project as necessary. ~Gary
