Booked a storage unit and had to call for some fun twists For my move. Gerry and Laurie helped me and made me feel more comfortable with my choice. Came in 3 days later and signed the paperwork but Gerry made sure to show me the unit and how to direct the movers to deliver. This was the easiest process of my move and will recommend them to everyone! PS they rent penske trucks!

Gerry and the other staff (at the West Side location) I have been in contact with have always been very professional, helpful, and kind. I have been renting a 10x10 unit for a couple of years now and wanted to downsize. Gerry helped me find a place to donate an appliance as I had already tried giving it away on FB Marketplace. Convenient, efficient, clean - and Gerry is great! So helpful & kind! The unit door was a little tricky for me at first, but no problem after a little troubleshooting. I rented a unit on the website, but I do recommend going in to the office when they're open - particularly if you're a first-time storage unit renter as they can walk you through everything.

I came in unannounced and under a time crunch, and the Office Manager Gerry was excellent. He clearly explained their services, pricing, and the process. Readers may not know this location is affiliated with a document storage and shredding service, which I needed for about a dozen banker's boxes of old documents. Gerry helped make this happen quickly and efficiently, and for a very reasonable price. Thank you, great service, will definitely be back!

The entire experience was convenient and efficient. I went into Superior Storage needing a unit within less than a week. Gerry helped me identify an appropriately sized unit based on my belongings and walked me through the whole process, while giving me helpful tips, in about 10 minutes. The units are extremely easy to access and Gerry went above and beyond to make me feel confident that my possessions would be safe. I would recommend to anyone living in the area that needs a little extra storage space!

This is the 2nd Unit I've rented at Superior. Gerry helped me on 4/27/22. Everything went smoothly. Reserving was very easy on the day I needed to start using the unit. Additionally, I needed a couple pallets. When I arrived later in the day, the pallets were in the unit and ready to go. All good with these guys!
