Quick and easy online scheduling! I received confirmation of the pick up right away and on the day of Herman called me with a more specific arrival time. Herman and Kelvin arrived on time and were very efficient. I’d recommend HUNKS for junk disposal!

Best deal for how much we had to get rid of. All big furniture, they got as much as they could,but had to schedule another for the rest. Certainly didn't have to wait long,they were back the next day!! And all the furniture will be reused and donated. Love it!!

They used a bait and switch tactic to get my business. When I booked them over the phone, and asked for the total cost I was told 150 for 2 guys one hour. I put down a payment of 125$. When the two guys got done they charged me another 100+$ saying there was a trip charge but I was never told about the trip charge when I asked for the total over the phone. I have asked them to review the phone call since I was assured it was taped. I have not heard anything back! The two guys did their best while at my house. I am unhappy with the company!!!

Movers were running behind so they reached out to let me know. They arrived, were very courteous, gave a satisfactory quote which I accepted and quickly and efficiently removed what needed to go. I was very happy with the service.

The moving guys were nice. There was damage to one of our new dressers (shown below). The manager, Herman, reached out to me and requested I send photos which I did. However after my payment went though he completely ghosted me ignoring my numerous emails and texts and had no resolution to the damage that was done. Poor customer service for the amount we paid.

I wish I could say I had a good experience but it was absolutely the worst moving experience I ever had. They originally quoted me 3 movers that would take between 4.25-6.25. This was a move from a 2 bedroom apartment to another 2 bedroom apartment that was 8 miles away. Instead, we got 2 movers who took 10.5 hours in a move that should have taken no more than 7 hours at the very most. The details of the event are too numerous to give all details. Suffice to say, it had to do with the manager Ed not being responsive or willing to work with us, customer service not communicating the TV moving policy, and lack of training/motivation of our movers. Kind of funny how a move from our 3 bedroom house with finished basement that had 35 % more stuff to our old apartment took 5.5 hours, cost less, and they did a way better job and this outfit took 10.5 hours for a smaller move that was further away? I will never College Hunks movers again and encourage others not too as well.

Dawson and Dustin came to move my belongings. They worked very hard and never took a break. Very professional and took great care of my belongings. Would hire them again in a heartbeat. Prices were much lower then others I had checked with. Very happy with their service!

Jeremiah and Javier were fantastic. They wrapped all the furniture quickly and efficiently. We really appreciated how hard they worked. My parents are downsizing and relocating to another area.
