I rented a West Towne Climate Controlled unit in the past year and would definitely recommend it. I checked several storages in town and none was comparable to this one; it is so clean and well-maintained. Most of my belongings were books and clothes and there was no damage at all when I moved my stuff out after a little less than a year. It was my first time to rent a storage, but Kurt made everything so easy and smooth. He was extremely helpful and responsive. I highly appreciate his service.

I recently rented a 10 x 10 unit from West Towne during a move, and it was a great experience. I had previously had non-environmentally controlled storage unit and it was a disaster with a leaking roof and water coming into the unit. West Towne was a 180 degree change in experience. Kurt was really helpful getting me set up with what I needed and very thoughtful in what would be the best option for me. The unit was very clean, and I never had any concerns with leakage or pests getting into my storage boxes. It was just a totally great choice. I can't say enough good things about West Towne Self Storage. Highly recommended!!

Have nothing but good things to say about these storage units and service. It was a pleasure to do business with them and to have such a clean and well-kept facility. After having furnishings from a 2 BR apt in storage for 14 months in one of their large units, it was great to find everything in such good condition when I moved to a new apt just a week ago. Kurt is very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend these units very highly.

West Towne Self Storage have been great for us, for years! And as mentioned by others, Kurt is a wonderful individual to work with! Very professional, but with a patient temperament. Two things IMO that couldn't go better together! Especially with ones belongings! If ever a question or need, he is quick to communicate and give attention to!
