I am shocked at how many 5 stars this place has. From the first day I stepped into their office, the lady at the desk was COOOOOLD as they come, no customer service enthusiasm. Been storing with them the last 2 months and have had some of the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. We are a food business that move things in and out constantly out of the storage room. First we were put far far far away and on the second floor and the elevator breaks at time. Last time it broke, took then about 1 week. That HUGE, and honestly BEAUTIFUL BIG building only has 1 elevator. So if you store on the second floor and you're moving that day... you are OUT OF LUCK!!!! because you will haul your things up and down the STAIRS. And they just don't CARE, at least they can have the COURTESY to email and let you know, hey! the elevator broke, heads up. They are just plain DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE and INCONSIDERATE.

The whole experience working with Emily and Landon was terrific. They were responsive, professional and very helpful. Access to the building and spaces is easy with good security. The only thing we felt needed to be done was sweeping the floor clean before moving boxes.

I was in need of a storage space last minute, I called the office and spoke with Emily in the office. I set up an appointment went over to the office, and left very happy with a storage unit. that I put thing in it that night. I am very Happy.

Working with Landon was a pleasure in getting us a storage unit there. He is informative, professional, and friendly all at the same time. The facility is safe, clean, and kept up very nicely. And surprisingly the cost was not out of line. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for safe storage.

Honestly after going through online and getting a 2nd floor storage I was a little upset that I couldn’t change the floor or pick something else after going and having to do it again in person then not having my id (my fault). Coming back to find out it was on second floor and having to void transaction and repeat the process, and then not having my debit card (my fault) then coming back. Landon (manager but doesn’t matter) is probably one of the nicest people I ever have came into a interaction with. He went out of his way to have a personable conversation and to listen to what I had to say and go out of his way to accommodate my needs especially with my girlfriend being pregnant and me recently coming off of knee surgery. (Sorry but can’t make that up I promise you) Landon went around to show me the easiest ways to enter the building and to store our stuff. I mean seriously knew the building inside and out, everything about security for reassurance to not worry about our belongings to be stored. He truly made me feel like I meant something doing business with them. Really recommend this place for something that could be as simple as u breezing right through the day. He did a great job. I could go on and on but all the stuff was just personable and guarantee you that you will have the experience to if you go. Thanks for your time.

What's not to like? The luggage carts work as they should (no lame wheels) and the other customers have thoughtfully left them by the front door where they should. The premise is clean, well lit, and convenient.

I have not put a thing into my unit yet, but I did get the grand tour from Steve at the desk. First off, the process of online reservation and sign up was simple and straightforward. It was also thorough. Next was the verification via photo ID and personal visit. They make sure you are who you say you are. Kudos. The space is immaculate inside and out, and my unit was clean and ready. I purchased a lock, and you can bring your own. Finally, what I really appreciate here in Wisconsin is that you can drive into a LARGE inside garage area to unload out of the weather. And there are flatbed rolly carts all over the place. Security is tight, and it's a reasonable price. Can't really ask for more. ************ UPDATE ************ We are now moved out to Las Vegas and I could not have had a better overall experience. Landon and Steve were incredibly helpful, and everything about storing here was just great. I started with a 10x15 (see pics), but had to add a 5x15 for the final push. The guys were great in helping me get that all set up. Would highly recommend this location for your storage needs.

You get what you pay for! Pricey but very clean and climate controlled units. None of my items were ruined at all after almost 3 years! No restrooms and limited staff as well as limited access hours which is not cool seeing how much you pay.
