Naming this place a "Customer Center" is a joke. Their phone number leads you to an infinite phone tree where the only possible chance you have to talk to a human is telling it you need to file a complaint, then you'll get transfered to a call center over seas where they will eventually tell you this location has no phone number. Utterly terrible experience with UPS from start to finish. I'm adding one star because the lady at the front desk was helpful. ~cameron

Once the delivery day was confirmed, everything went smoothly. However, I would get daily texts for weeks telling me to call them to set up a delivery time. Every time I called I was told there were 140 or more callers waiting ahead of me! Finally, I just called them one day and put my phone on speaker, and did my grocery shopping while waiting for a live person. At that time I was told my delivery day was 6 weeks away! However, 3 weeks later I got a text from them stating my delivery would be rescheduled for sooner, only 2 days away. I got a call when they were 20 minutes away, and they arrived on time. The delivery guys were polite, friendly and respectful, although I did have a hard time understanding their English. Both wore masks, and did a really great job. It was negative 6 degrees outside that day. They took my door off for me, and also put it back on, and they also went out of their way to hook up the right electric plug-in cord for me. My 5 star rating is for the delivery guys, not the delivery company in general. I would give the delivery company only 3 stars because of the fact that you could never get a live person on the phone, and I was paranoid they would send my stove back to the place I bought it from! ~tammy

I have been an Office Depot customer for more than 10 years and I have found the stores generally very well stocked and I’ve had good service from the staff. My most recent was one of my most exceptional for the high level of assistance, patience, and attention I received from “Nimi” who went beyond expectations to help when one of the store copies was out of order. She stepped up to get my complex project completed expeditiously and perfectly using store copiers. . It was a 5 star transaction that kept me on schedule to deliver my project as necessary. ~Gary
