Best vehicle inspection in Longwood, Florida (FL) 2024

Dropped my car off for an oil change, tire rotation, wheel alignment and general inspection. I received a call that my battery and air cabin filter needed replaced. My battery was under warranty elsewhere, so I declined it but went ahead with replacing the air cabin filter. No price was disclosed, but I knew they were pretty cheap in the past, so I wasn't too worried. When I went to pick up my car, I found out they charged me 45 dollars for the air cabin filter! I asked them how often they need to be replaced and I was told every 15 to 20 thousand miles. Mine was replaced 2 years ago and I've driven my car less than 4,000 miles since then! When I told them this, the guy who worked on my car happened to walk in and overhear me. He said that my filter looked to be in excellent condition. I didn't want to make a scene or get him in trouble, so I just paid and left. I'm really disappointed that I was lied to and I feel taken advantage of. I won't be recommending this location and I'll only return because I have lifetime alignments with them. I certainly won't be trusting them to tell me what my car "needs" going forward.
