We love this place and have been bringing our vehicles here for a few years… but just wanted to share a positive recent experience… Our 17 year old son noticed a tire was low on air, and after a week of frequent air refills we suggested he call and stop by Universal after school (good learning experience to handle this on his own as a teen). They treated him with total respect, found the nail in the tire quickly, and got it patched. Great, trustworthy service. Thanks!!

Mike and the team at Universal Tire and Auto are amazing! Mike help me piece together the root cause of the issues I was having following an incorrect jump, which I don’t think any other repair shop or dealer would have cared enough or the skills to figure it out! They have the nicest staff too! Thank you Mike and team!!!

Love this shop out of all the other tire places around , I went there because something was in my tire and they took care of it right away also informed me I had too much air in my tires , they set the air levels to the right pressure and told me if I had any other issues come back ….. What makes me love this shop is that the whole team was awesome !!! Recommend then above all others !!!! Service: Tires

So I noticed I had a screw in my tire and since my brother shut his shop down in Longwood I started calling around and everyone had a 2 hour wait, well til I called this fantastic place, it was pouring rain I had my son with me they had me drive to the front door and remain in my truck and they fixed right there and sent me on my way, I informed them I needed to still pay and they said no money needed just be safe and careful on the road today :) what a kind gesture and I was able to make it to pick my daughter up from daycare without a delay. They have earned a lifelong client and both people I dealt with were amazing and thank you from the bottom of my heart and I will be back. Services: Tires, Auto interior vacuuming

I have consistently had a good experience at Universal Tire & Auto. I was able to call in advance for an appointment. When I arrived (although I was a tadbit late), this team got my Dodge Charger right in with no issues. I knew the cost upfront (no hidden fees, here) My wait time for the work to be completed was very minimal. Overall, great customer service, communication! I will be entrusting my auto repair needs to this team. So should you!👌🏾

Excellent communication from the first call—as in, a real, intelligent person spending the time to listen well, educate me, order what I needed, and set up a fast appointment. Arrived on time, and was not delayed. The mechanic showed me evidence of what needed to be replaced (and it was 100% legitimate—I had seen it before); he welcomed my questions without making me feel rushed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Mike and his team managed to squeeze me in for a wheel alignment without even making an appointment. I only ended up waiting for a short time and the alignment was perfect! Everyone working here is extremely knowledgeable and know how to take care of customers. Went in for an oil change and left with an estimate for $1000 in repairs. I know most places have similar tactics, but I was then informed my vehicle wasn't safe to drive home... I left and immediately bought the new parts to change myself. The next day was a frustrating process of getting off each "unsafe" part, only to reveal they were almost new... Started with the brakes all around, then master cylinder and so on. I know you guys have to make money but I would hate for someone to sign a check without taking a second look. Edit.... my truck has been fine since my initial review. I obviously changed my pads once almost a year after the review. Nobody yelled to get out of the way. Nobody pushed my truck out of the bay... everything they said was broken still isnt! Read the next lowest review and you will see that Firestone, next door, is where to go. "SNAKES IN THE GRASS" is right!!! Two years and I havnt had to push my truck anywhere!!! Or tell out the window because I cant stop.
