I had a great experience with Bob and would absolutely recommend him to all of my friends! I was told at another place that my car had an evaporator leak and the cost to repair it is close to $3,000. We love this place and have been bringing our vehicles here for a few years… but just wanted to share a positive recent experience… Our 17 year old son noticed a tire was low on air, and after a week of frequent air refills we suggested he call and stop by Universal after school (good learning experience to handle this on his own as a teen). I first went there after a national chain wanted to charge me almost $1k to fix my a/c. Rich was able to fix it at a fraction of the cost, and I had no further issues.
