Love this place. It's my Mustang's favorite place to be worked on. People are great there. I went there for years until I moved about 30 miles away, 6+ years ago but Took my car back today to have them work on it. I trust them to do the right thing. The place is under new management n some of the workers I know are still there so was happy to leave Baby Girl there.. AAAAAA+'s

These guys are the best! The mechanics are friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and hard working. I am amazed at how quickly they can diagnose and solve a problem. Chad is also fantastic to work with. He is friendly, professional, and does a fantastic job at keeping customers updated on their progress. I moved to Florida in 2013 and have worked with 5 different shops - not finding a mechanic I am truly happy with. I am so glad I FINALLY found Precision in Longwood. I am telling everyone I know how fantastic they are!

I first found out about Precision a few years ago from my sister who was so happy to find a mechanic shop she could trust. Since then we’ve both been using them regularly. They are consistently friendly, professional, and do excellent work. Chris is so knowledgeable, thorough, and skilled, and Chad has gone above and beyond to be friendly and accommodating. WHAT?! I spent almost a thousand dollars on repairs, got less than 2 miles down the road and the car did the same thing. I immediately returned to Precision Automotive and a guy (I think the owner) got mad and started yelling at me before I could even finish describing the problem. What a rip off! My check engine light came on. I took my car to my old mechanic three times before I finally took my car to the Lincoln dealership. The dealership couldn't figure out the problem. Merrill and Randy are the best. Merrill worked on my 1972 Monte Carlo. He easily diagnosed several issues on the vehicle and resolved quickly. I was referred to Randy by several car enthusiasts and now I see why. Can't wait to buy another muscle car knowing I can rely on this shop. Thanks you guys. I asked around for mechanic recommendations and Precision came up a few times so I decided to bring my car here after getting estimates from a few places. I cannot stress enough how happy and satisfied I am with their service. They were able to accommodate me right away. I was only there for 30 minutes and I paid a fraction of what other places were charging me. They were also very friendly, honest and pleasant people. I will definitely go to them in the future for any repairs and will recommend as well when asked!
