I visited the Wyckoff Minute Clinic this week, and was very satisfied by the professionalism and attentiveness of the team managing the operation. Debra Sacco was so helpful, and did a thorough job of assessing my immediate need and handling the procedure with skill and thoroughness. And a flu shot to boot! I can’t recommend this clinic enough! Very happy.

Would give zero stars if it were an option. I made an appointment, and was there on time. I waited nearly 2 hours just to be disrespected and spoken to in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner by the nurse there tonight. She seemed highly aggressive and unprofessional and didn’t even know what was covered under insurance. She had such a nasty attitude. First time here, never coming back. Change your attitude and stop being nasty to others for no reason.

Had an appointment at 12 and was on time. Waited over an hour and a half for a 5 minutes appointment. Go anywhere else to get things done quickly because this clinic goes at their own slow pace that is ridiculously slow and annoying.

I'm currently waiting here at Minute Clinic and the Nurse comes out and was extremely rude to me. She suggested I go to an Emergency Room without even seeing me in the medical room. She explained she was closing at 2pm and that she follows a schedule (which I totally understand, but I was confused as to why she would say this to me as I didn't request to be seen before anyone). The way she spoke to me was extremely rude and caddy. All I want to do is cry at this moment because I'm so taken by this.

I've been here several times and always have a great experience. The nurse practitioners have all been extremely knowledgeable and kind. I have brought my children for sick visits and they explain things for a child to understand. This is my go-to for sick visits.

I registered and signed in an hour before it closed. My wait time went started at 8 minutes and just kepts getting pushed back. The nurse spent over 45 of those minutes with one patient, walking her all over the pharmacy and taking her into 2 separate rooms. When she was finally done with her she came out to tell the 3 people waiting there the entire time, that she was closing and could not see anyone. No apology, just apathetically saying it's been a busy day but she would see anyone. In the entire hour she could have come out to say there would be a delay or even a chance that she could not see you. The sign at check in said that registration stops when no slots are open or 20 minutes before closing to make sure all are seen. I was able to register so clearly spots were available. I got much sicker over night and had to call work. Now I'm at a competitor and am already in doctors office within 5 minutes. Do not give business to the careless insensitive minute xlinic.

Cecelia was the family, nurse practitioner when I went. She was very polite, professional and made a quick, accurate diagnosis. I didn’t feel rushed at all. She took a genuine interest and listened when I described my symptoms. The wait to see her was only 15-20 min after I signed in at the kiosk. I will definitely go back.

I have been to this Minute Clinic on approximately 5 occasions for different issues and have come away from the Clinic confident that I had received good care. Sometimes there IS a wait, but the fact that you can register and then leave a phone number for a text message when to return to see the nurse practitioner/physician's assistant is a great convenience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this clinic.

Worst experience ever! The lady- a nurse practioner- who was in on April 6 in the morning could not have been more rude or unhelpful! After speaking with both my insurance and head quarters and being told I could be seen at this minute clinic as long as they called my insurance for prior approval, the woman refused to call or help me and then became very hostial and rude! I will never go back and think management should review their customer care policies!! I would prefer to give 0 stars but that wasn’t an option!

Unfortunately I had no choice but to rate this clinic with one star in order to post. PATIENTS DO NOT GO TO WYCKOFF . I am shocked and disappintented that Minute Clinic would hire someone as unprofessional and uncaring as the woman working on March 22, 2018. I had called ahead of time to tell her how sick my daughter was and that we were on our way. We arrived a short time later only to have my daughter rejected. This woman closed out of the system 4 hours early, due to rain when she knew we were coming in. My daughter needed an antibiotic for a sinus/respiratory infection and she was refused. WHAT??? How on earth anyone would turn away a child is disgraceful! Shame on you Minute Clinic for hiring such a poor quality individual. Shame on her as well! So disappointed and will never return!
