I visited the Wyckoff Minute Clinic this week, and was very satisfied by the professionalism and attentiveness of the team managing the operation. Debra Sacco was so helpful, and did a thorough job of assessing my immediate need and handling the procedure with skill and thoroughness. And a flu shot to boot! I can’t recommend this clinic enough! Great spot very friendly staff. My only issue is the 3% “convenience” fee to use your debit card, I think that’s a hunk of junk. Otherwise, they did a great job preparing the blizzards and were polite and helpful to everyone that walked in. Have tables inside or outside. ~James

Cvs in Wyckoff is at a great location. They carry a lot of items which you need to get in/out quickly. Nice clean store with all the basics day to day stuff . Prices are not cheap but you get things at convenience. They carry milk, eggs along with many other drinks and juices. Pharmacy is great. They offer free covid and flu vaccines - there is a minute clinic inside the store. ~M

Terrible customer service. I bought a covid test kit. When I got home I realized the safety seal on the box had been broken and a pice for the kit was missing. I took it back and was told it could not be returned. I didn't want a refund just a replacement. I asked to speak to a manger and she told me it was not her problem. Well it's not my problem . I went to get a replacement and 2 more box on the shelf the were not properly sealed. I suggested she have the cashiers check at the register and her response was we can't check everything. Really, it's not that hard. Terrible attitude from a manager, obviously there is no training in customer service. ~Jaimie
