Terrible customer service. I bought a covid test kit. When I got home I realized the safety seal on the box had been broken and a pice for the kit was missing. I took it back and was told it could not be returned. I didn't want a refund just a replacement. I asked to speak to a manger and she told me it was not her problem. Well it's not my problem . I went to get a replacement and 2 more box on the shelf the were not properly sealed. I suggested she have the cashiers check at the register and her response was we can't check everything. Really, it's not that hard. Terrible attitude from a manager, obviously there is no training in customer service.

If there was 0 I would choose it, very bad manager/ supervisor. Everybody is disrespectful, the pharmacy department is terrible, disorganized, I was wondering why the place was empty lately, I realized most people go to CVS instead . The vaccine is chaos there, the worst branch of Wallgreen. . Need new pharmacists and new supervisor .

The pharmacy itself is OK, nothing special but they are efficient. However, my real complaint is with the photo center. It’s by far the worst photo center I’ve ever seen. I’ve had to develop prints there twice and the service is lousy. The people behind the photo counter are unpleasant, unfriendly, and they move and speak like they are miserable and they hate their jobs. I was in there tonight, 2/14/22 at 6:00pm to develop prints and they were supposed to be ready by 6:45pm. The person at the booth gave me an attitude when I asked her if my photos were ready. To make matters worse, the printer stopped printing and another employee came to change the roll of photo paper but to no avail. I waited with my five year-old son for an additional 30 minutes because the employee could not get the printer to work. I asked if my photos were ready and I received an impolite answer. No apologies, no anything but “I’m doing the best I can but I don’t know how”. Please, management if you’re reading this, please get people who can talk to customers professionally and please train your people to operate and maintain the equipment.

5+ stars for the pharmacy. I got my COVID booster, flu, and two shingles shots here. They are very pleasant and efficient. Works well to book appointments online.

wanted to charge us 250.00 dollars for a prescription . said no that was ridiculous...was then told ok it will be 70.00 dollars .went to franklin lakes pharmacy and paid 11.99 rip off at walgreens

Store is run of the mill Walgreens. Nice people at the pharmacy. Sonia is my favorite person ever!!! Always has me leaving in a better mood than when I come in!!! Hope to see her again soon.

Very rude and unprofessional employees working at THIS pharmacy! They had the nerve to ask my son why he didn’t get the flu shot! Not their business to ask this question! If I don’t want to vaccinate my family is NONE of anyone’s business except mine and my family’s! And for their info - one CAN STILL get the flu even if you have gotten the flu shot and guess what - THEY DID get the flu shot so mind your own business and try being professional and empathetic next time! Would NOT recommended this Walgreens location and PLEASE be more selective of your employees!

Why is the manager with the goatee always watching me.? He use to be at the Ramsey Walgreens store at Franklin turnpike, and he use to do the same thing everytime I came into that store. I Walked into the wyckoff store today and saw him watching me down the aisle. I wasn't there to steal anything. I came to buy like I always do. The new managers at the Ramsey store are so much better since he left, and now I feel much more comfortable shopping in Ramsey. Dont want to use the race card, but I think it's straight up profiling.

The one cashier (old lady with glasses) NEVER shuts up. I don't appreciate always being asked why I'm buying the products I buy. None of her business! I gave up shopping in this store because of her! Back to CVS where I can shop in peace! Plus, it always smells of sulfur or rotting eggs in this store, gross.

We love the pharmacy here. The pharmacistJulie and everyone who works there are always so kind and helpful. Also I find their color in the digital photos much better than CVS.
