Store was closed after I had made an appointment to get my phone repaired and waited 30 minutes for someone to show up but no one ever did

Tried calling this location 2 times yesterday, and once today, because my galaxy s10e needs its battery replaced, and the back glass needs to be reattached, as the adhesive has deteriorated significantly, and I need to know how much it its going to cost. I tried to request a quote on the website, but the results said to call the store for a quote, but no one answered the phone when my mother called, even though your location is open until 7pm on weekdays. And from the other reviews I've seen, it's a pattern with this establishment to give the runaround.

Amazing fixed my phone screen twice in 1 week. I broke it immediately after the first time, oops. Cheap and fast. Also the crew are so nice.

Had my tablet screen replaced here. Screen is Great but now my s pen hasn't worked since. I went back and got the run around. Been 2 weeks since I went back and hadn't heard anything from them like I was told. Finally talked with nick at council bluffs location and he is ordering a new screen again for it as warranty. Will update review and stars once it is 100% functional again. Update: 5-18-22 3 screens in total and everything works as it should. Nick at this location has been really helpful and understanding.

Very quick service and price was very reasonable. Highly recommend coming here to get devices fixed. Dropped my phone off at 4 yesterday and first thing this morning my phone is fixed. 4 year old daughter dropped my phone and the screen stopped working. Phone is working now with no issues at all.

Walked in with a broken screen, came back ~40 minutes later with a fixed screen. Was way cheaper than expected, staff was friendly, professional, knew what they were doing, and there for business, not scams. Will return if I need to in the future!
