OFFICEMAX store in Council Bluffs, Iowa is very good and their employees try very hard to fix issues!!! BUT Office Depot Rewards program relating to printer cartridge recycling is a rip off of customers to use it... WATCH you Rewards accounts if you use cartridge recycling!!!!! You MUST ask for the correct credit.

They went the extra mile to help us get a ribbon for our adding machine that wasn't in stock. The assiciate ordered it and advised when it would be delivered to our door with free postage! She was 100% correct, outstanding service.

Went to fax a 24 page document and their one fax machine jammed ever other page. Badly crumpled the pages that jammed. After the fourth time I promptly gathered my things and left. Terrible service.

Good quality prints, but terrible service. After 2 times of very slow service I decided to call ahead to have my prints done. The nice representative assured me it would take about an hour. After 5 hours I went in to pick up my prints but they had not even been started. Very frustrating especially when trying to minimize exposure during covid-19.
