I had the Amazon issue, they require a box now and UPS can’t take it without one.. The lady told me that and I was super irritated, she saw it on my face and immediately also got irritated.. okay that’s fair. I just said thank you I went to my car, doubled checked my Amazon return directions, sure enough, it says it customer responsible for packaging or something. Bummer. The lady was just doing her job, and I’m sure telling people something they don’t want to hear, repeatedly, is not her favorite part of her job. Grabbed my wallet, went back in and said, with a smile on my face, “Hi, I need to buy a box for my Amazon return.” She confirmed a few things for me with a smile as well. Overall very pleasant and she helped me with what I was there for. They don’t make the rules. Treat people how you’d like to be treated, worked out well for me. I bet arguing with the people here would completely ruin your day though, sounds like they can win an argument based on other reviews. Lol! Not worth it, just go home and complain to Amazon like I did. That worked. :)

Only a good place to drop off Amazon stuff. I was there to get a document scanned. Waited in line then once it was my turn, I waited and waited while they received Amazon returns. 15 minutes later still standing here having been passed in line by at least 10 people. Very low on professionalism and customer service

I have used this store for many years, but at some point it changed hands and the newer ownership/management is horrible. The gentleman working the day I was in there appeared to be Indian or Middle Eastern and middle aged. Not being very familiar with their Overnight service for documents, but needing my parcel to arrive the next day, I asked for Overnight. It came to around $72 for copies and shipping. I didn't find out until visiting the Indianola UPS STORE the week after that the shipment I made to Kansas was in our same zone and therefore shipping time would already be Overnight. My shipment from there of similar weight and size was $16 instead of $72. I was so grateful this employee was honest and cared about my repeat business. She was much friendlier than the guy in Des Moines! I will NEVER give the Fleur Dr store my business again after being taken advantage of like I was. My suggestion is to steer clear of this particular store and this particular worker!!!

Horrible customer service. I had an Amazon return, and I've only had one other return for Amazon, a week apart from this experience on March 23rd. The lady who took care of me the first time was the SAME woman who was rude to me telling me that they needed it pre-boxed. Last time I didn't have it boxed, I brought it in a target bag so i wouldn't lose any pieces and they accepted the return; The lady was huffy about it, but Amazon never said it needed to be pre-packaged. Well she was rude telling me I needed to read the instructions, which I did, IN THE STORE, and nowhere did it say Amazon needed it boxed. I asked her why, she said this has always been Amazon and UPS store policy, which was a lie, cause she literally accepted a return the week before, but even after going through the instructions on the official Amazon return, she said "well I'm telling you we won't.accept it unless you pre-package it.' and treated me like I was illiterate. She was sarcastic and rude, along with an older co-worker along side her. Don't waste your time with them period. Not worth it.

Needed 11"x17" scanning capabilities. The gals at the store listened to my rather detailed requirements and proceeded to provide me 15 scans while I was waiting in the store. The scans were complete, straight, and legible. The gals were efficient, professional and courteous. I plan to continue using this store for my future printing/scanning needs.

I could not have been more impressed with Sam at this store. I drove 20 minutes to the store to do some returns very last minute and had not looked at the time they close before heading out. The store had been closed for quite some time when I arrived but Sam was just getting in his car. He saw me walking up to the store and feeling discouraged that I had planned so poorly and offered to unlock and start it all up again and let me make my returns. Customer service like this is very rare and was completely unnecessary but so so helpful! He was ready to go home-literally in his car- but took the time to go WELL out of his way to help me as his customer and show some kindness with a smile. This guy deserves a raise! I will drive out of my way to return to this store each time because of service like this. Thank you Sam!

Went In to return a package with a prepaid return label. Asked the young lady up front for help with bring it in, as the package is to heavy for me to lift by myself, and she acted as if I asked for her first born son. & I said “oh you guys don’t help bring packages in anymore?” Rep rolled her eyes and said “well yeah” and then walked away as I was in the middle of saying “well I guess I can try it myself” apparently she was walking away to get her shoes on. I found her actions and demeanor to be very rude and not very customer friendly. I asked for the manager after, she came out. Manager was nicer but didn’t apologize for her employees attitude and actions all she said to the employee was to not engage with me. I will honestly never go back to this location & will go out of my way to go somewhere else.

I shipped out a package yesterday for overnight delivery guaranteed by 8:30 AM. It won’t be delivered until tomorrow so my perishables are ruined. I spent $273.19 on shipping that they are refusing to refund or help me with at all. I tried to speak with a woman and she hung up on me three times, claiming she had a store full of people and refused to help me. She also refused to give me her name, and when I call back she is not answering the phone now. She is extremely rude. The customer service I just experienced is absolutely horrendous. I will no longer use UPS after this terrible experience.
