The items i need are never on the shelves and there’s constantly stuff that needs to be put away. It’s irritating getting online and being told that they have my item in stalk but only to get there and find out that they have it but i can’t purchase it because they aren’t sure which of the 10-20 full totes has my item.

I'm not sure if it's understaffed at the pharmacy or poor training, or both. My family and I have had nothing but troubles almost every time we have to deal with the pharmacy here. And we've only lived here less than 2 years. Unfortunately I'd love to take my business elsewhere but my insurance only covers through CVS... GRRRRRR!!!!

I stopped at this CVS while on a road trip needing to grab a few things. I started talking with Kenny who walked me around the store and helped me grab whatever I needed then recommeneded a great place in town for dinner. Super awesome guy and awesome customer service. I would highly recommend this location.

Staff was great while we were there and had no issues while at store. However, we realized after we were almost finished/finished with 3 out of the 4 drinks we got that they were out of date. One of which was as far gone as 6 months out of date. Will not be getting any food/drink products from this store ever again.

Tried to get a script filled, seemed like so much confusion was going on, and when I called later in the day all I got was short and rude responses with no help. One individual in particular is very rude and will just ignore you when you go there. Had to switch CVS locations because this one is no help.

The retail part of this store has gotten so much better over the last few months. Supervisor Lily is very nice.

Sadly have always had issues with the pharmacy here. Love CVS but this pharmacist not only fails to communicate with my doctor but would also not fill my prescriptions for a week or more unless I called multiple times or physically stopped at the store. This has been an issue for almost a full year now and I am finding a new pharmacy ASAP.

I am a physician and I can say that the pharmacist who work here is very rude , unprofessional. She doesn’t even try to contact the physician. I had to travel to another state to get a new prescription although my old prescription was still valid till next year. Seriously where is the management from all these negative comments.

The pharmacy is constantly out of the needles I need and last time didn't even tell me when they would get more in or offer to order me more so I missed my shot for the week. I decided to order them online and asked them to stop auto refilling them and I'm still receiving texts that they're ready to be picked up, two weeks after I needed them.

I can’t believe the negative comments on here. I got my covid vaccine at 2pm 08/21 can’t remember the pharmacist name. But she was very helpful!!
