CVS

I'm not sure if it's understaffed at the pharmacy or poor training, or both. My family and I have had nothing but troubles almost every time we have to deal with the pharmacy here. And we've only lived here less than 2 years. Unfortunately I'd love to take my business elsewhere but my insurance only covers through CVS... GRRRRRR!!!! ~Tattooed

Hy-Vee Pharmacy

This HyVee pharmacy is the worst of all the HyVee pharmacy’s they miss fill dates all the time. They basically fill the prescriptions as they want to fill them. Never mind the face that scrips are needed on a daily basis. We had a good relationship with an old pharmacy manager. However they changed managers and their service has gone through the floor. We have had several people in our family including our children go without prescriptions. AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS. We are attempting to find a more customer focused pharmacy. ~Dave

Hy-Vee Grocery Store

Why Hy Vee food store on Euclid Avenue. Service is not what used to be. Prices are higher than other grocery stores and often over priced. Sale items repeatedly not as advertised with or without coupons. Recommend you always check your receipt before you leave the store, 9 out of 10 times, price charged is not what was posted on shelf or advertised. It's time they get back to the honest and customer minded top retailer that they were originally. The founders are rolling over in their graves knowing the predatory practices the present operators and CEO/Corporate Board condones. If you are looking for value go elsewhere... Once again shopping at HyVee on Euclid Avenue in Des Moines, Iowa is expensive! As if the cost of groceries was not high enough, the price of not checking what they charge you at the register, (which too often is not the advertised or shelf price) adds up quickly. I know better than to leave the place without checking my receipt first. Tonight it added up to be $6.69 that was wrongly charged to my card. Spent $128.68 on food and drinks. Had coupons for 3 items and only reduced price on 2 of those. The shelf price on 2 items were considerably cheaper than charged and 2 items were charged at regular shelf price even though they had a sales shelf tag for $1.00 less. To me that is not mistakes but a form of theft! ~Jay

Medicap Pharmacy

Once again these ladies have gone above and beyond their jobs in a pharmacy! We were in a flu shot pickle and the manager of the store completely outdid herself helping me figure out how to get myself and my children flu shots. Whoever would have thought that flu shots would be gone and possibly not coming back and restock in the month of November in doctor offices.....but she guided me in the direction to find them - even so that my insurance could be utilized. Your care & kindness for listening to the situation to help - I seriously can't stress the appreciation enough - and a big enough THANK YOU cannot be said!!! 5 STAR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service and store ~Kim

Price Chopper Pharmacy

Pharmacy knowledgeable, helpful, fast and friendly, Treasa, Tracy and all the rest are a huge asset to your company. It's the only reason I get my scripts filled there. Many others have tried and failed.πŸ‘πŸ‘ As far as the rest of the store it's hit and miss. Awesome employees very helpful and shocker they know where things are at.πŸ‘πŸ‘I would give the store a 3 at best over priced and desperately in need of remodeled!! I miss Dahl's shame on greedy kids never the same after Dad passed. RIP ~Kevin
