They'll do what it takes to keep your business!!! And by that I mean they refuse to cooperate when you want to transfer to another pharmacy. They also LOVE to deadname their transgender customers

Once again these ladies have gone above and beyond their jobs in a pharmacy! We were in a flu shot pickle and the manager of the store completely outdid herself helping me figure out how to get myself and my children flu shots. Whoever would have thought that flu shots would be gone and possibly not coming back and restock in the month of November in doctor offices.....but she guided me in the direction to find them - even so that my insurance could be utilized. Your care & kindness for listening to the situation to help - I seriously can't stress the appreciation enough - and a big enough THANK YOU cannot be said!!! 5 STAR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service and store

The last few times I’ve had prescriptions filled here, there’s been *an issue* — I have called before hand and been told my meds would be ready, I get there and they’re not ready. — and they only have half my prescription or they have to give me half the pills with twice the dosage, etc. It really burns, after this company bought my former excellent pharmacy and then closed it down. Over it!

I have been using medicap pharmacy for a little over 7 months since they absorbed my old pharmacy (Hammer). The staff is exteremly friendly and usually veey helpful, but for the last four months have made it veey difficult to deliver my meds. They offer a delivery service free of charge that is awesome but for the last four months the driver has been "unable to find my address, or is to packed to bring them on time." Becasuse of this i have had to physically go tot ue store to get them which is hadd since i don't drive. They are nice but don't use the delivery service. Also have been unhelpful on the phone lately when contacted. .

Even though I live close to the airport they have a delivery driver that will deliver all the way to my place for that i am grateful. Their wait time is typically less than a half hour and the ladies that do work there are all friendly and sincere.
