I've always had good service. It's a convenient place for me to go to get things I need. The pharmacy is great. They always have my stuff ready on time and if it is out of stock they let me know and they get it filled as quickly they can.

If ever there was a manager who didn't care, it would be Caleb. Not only does his demeanor and attitude display his discourse for his job and life, but he cares even less for his customers. This manager's behavior is always this way. This Walgreens is my usual and it has to be the absolute worst of all the stores. Staff are rarely helpful and Caleb takes a deep breath and rolls his eyes as customers approach him. When he speaks, It is with a tone so profoundly upsetting, as if he has been terribly bothered. If you need something from Walgreens, find another Walgreens location and avoid any unnecessary stress that only Caleb's customer service will provide.

Pharmacy is slow, i waited 20min in drive thru, and there was only 2 cars ahead of me. Whats up with closing Pharmacy for lunch for 30min, we cant alternate staff? Moving my stuff to Medicap. Good Luck!

This Walgreen's is clean. Has good variety of all products sold. People were great. Items labeled well on each indicator. Good sales. Marketing was attractive. I shop at this pharmacy often for OTC, items. Most all the time. Always have what I need.

Pharmacy staff may be friendly but the service is absolutely horrible!! Prescriptions are never on time, always have to make multiple trips, only one drive through lane for prescription pick up so you have to wait for a ridiculously long time. Fed up!!!

I bought 8 dollars worth of candy and left it at the counter to use the restroom after getting permission from an employee and while waiting to purchase a bottle of shampoo I asked to be rung up if they weren't too busy which they didn't seem to be because they were only helping one customer and the other register was open. The manager (Chris) told me with a very RUDE attitude that he wouldn't ring me up because I was caught stealing. Well he didn't have a problem ringing me up when I demanded to return my items that I already purchased. He wouldn't say anything to me after that or apologize. I don't mind the misunderstanding and we could have talked it out and completed the transaction but his attitude and lack of interest for the customers made me never want to go back there again. He wanted us to wait out in the cold until the cops showed up which they never did because we never stole. My friend that was with me was ready to purchase about $100 worth of stuff there before this happened so they are definitely missing out on business if they keep treating there customers this way. Most of the pharmacists are sharp & helpful. They can be overwhelmed though, with customers demanding services they have no control over, such as ability to fill a script that a doctor didn’t authorize. The problem also lies in Walgreens’ cutting staff & hours. There are also occasional problems with the technicians, who seemingly don’t want to be there. Walgreens is certainly beyond their glory days of having no corporate debt, 24/7 pharmacies conveniently located & great customer service. The underpaid assistant managers can be rude & uncaring also.

It is amazing how slow the drive through pharmacy can be. Going in isn't usually any faster. I typically wait at the drive through 15 to 20 minutes. And that's if there's nobody in front of me. EDIT: Am sitting here now as I wait for a prescription called in three hours ago. They said they didn't have my correct insurance info even though I picked up a prescription last week and it hasn't changed. After I told the unapologetic "pharmacist", he said "OK, it will be ready in 10-15 minutes." So was the info correct or not? TL;DR: Avoid this pharmacy if at all possible. It's not worth the hassle and incompetent employees.
