Best vitamin and supplements store in Des Moines, Iowa (IA) 2024

I'm not sure if it's understaffed at the pharmacy or poor training, or both. My family and I have had nothing but troubles almost every time we have to deal with the pharmacy here. And we've only lived here less than 2 years. Unfortunately I'd love to take my business elsewhere but my insurance only covers through CVS... GRRRRRR!!!! ~Tattooed

This HyVee pharmacy is the worst of all the HyVee pharmacy’s they miss fill dates all the time. They basically fill the prescriptions as they want to fill them. Never mind the face that scrips are needed on a daily basis. We had a good relationship with an old pharmacy manager. However they changed managers and their service has gone through the floor. We have had several people in our family including our children go without prescriptions. AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS. We are attempting to find a more customer focused pharmacy. ~Dave

Can't complain actually... Efficient, Clean, Respectful when privacy is needed. Prices no complaints either... Actually help me keep informed when my meds change or if side affects will be an issue.. Very personable... Thanks!!! ~U
