Purchased a refurbished Apple Watch and found out only after picking it up that it did not come with a charger - not awesome. Due to being too soon after picking up the store’s system wouldn’t allow a return so I could purchase a different item. Enter DJ, the most patient and helpful person! DJ tried multiple things to process the return, doing everything possible to help and ultimately fixing the issue. I do appreciate DJ’s help and would highly recommend shopping at this Best Buy location.

The customer experience wasn't anything special, but I can appreciate the shelves and products being kept nice and organized so it was easy to find what you need especially in the PC/Gaming peripherals section.

great service and staff. Everyone there had such a positive attitude. Had a broken phone with more issues than I can count and the employee John was incredibly patient and amazing at helping me fix these issues on my new phone!!

They don’t have a lot of staff on registers so the wait in line is 20 min or more, even if there are 6 people in line. The return policy is 15 days so if you are going to buy something expensive then buy it online because they have better return policies.

Johnathan in mobile was incredible. Great at multi-tasking when solo in his own department, great conversationalist, and continued to check on me as my phone was setting up. Best Buy needs more of these guys! Thank you Johnathan!

Ordered on line and requested in-store pick-up. Store sent an email in about an hour that item was ready. Walked in store, was directed to checkout, staff retrieved item, and we exited. Process took less than 10 minutes. A good experience this time!

My partner and I had the best experience(s) at this Best Buy location over a few days. 1.) Paul in the TV section, helped us get an amazing deal on an amazing TV (we had to go to Northbrook to pick it up, but that was no big deal.. the savings we were getting from the TV was worth it). 2.) Jonathan in the home networking department was also extremely helpful in helping my partner get the fastest Internet connection. We were very pleased with both of their friendliness and how helpful he was.

One of my worst ever Best Buy experiences. Waited for more than 25 minutes to get help in buying a phone. Talked with 2 guys (customer receptionist kind of employees). But they told me to wait and they will arrange something.

Recently have spent thousands at Best Buy moving into a new place, ordered this sound bar (supposed to be brand new) for pickup. This is exactly how it looked when I picked it up and opened it. I paid full price for an open box item. The woman working at the store pickup section lied saying it was just damage to the box. Customer service call center is in India, and was no help whatsoever. Refused to refund the difference to adjust the price to an open box item. Called the next day again, call center redirected me to the store where I left a voicemail. Never received a call back. Will be avoiding Best Buy at all costs for electronics/appliances in the future.

Very bad and rude customer service. Once was sold something by a friendly and personable sales rep. Once I decided to buy it he became disrespectful and mocking. It turned out to be the wrong product and was treated badly when returning it. Didn't go for a long time then needed a computer. I was about to spend 800. Not that the price should matter, but no one would help me or even stop their conversation. One sales rep refused to stop stocking shelves! I was treated very dismissively. Decided to never go back. Boy do I miss good customer service. I try to be patient but life is too short for this kind of aggravation. It may take a little longer to go somewhere else but it's worth it to have a good shopping experience.
