I had a remote starter put on vehicle. It stopped working. I've been to the shop 5 times and my calls have never been returned. The guys were friendly and helpful at first. It is very unfortunate.

This place shouldn’t have a star they are the worst place to have anything done I had a remote start put on my car and had to take it back there four times to get it to work properly now it has caused my car to not even start and it’s going to cost me allot of money to fix what they have done I will not recommend them to anyone also I paid cash because they told me if I paid cash I didn’t have to pay taxes they wouldn’t give me a receipt so there’s no record that they did anything they do this to avoid paying taxes on services rendered they need to fix the issues and quit being so rude I called them up the owner told me it’s not his problem and then hung up on me this place need shut down

After two years and three botched vehicles brought to this place, I’ve finally learned my lesson. First car my corvette z06; my microphone still hangs loose from my rear view mirror and falls out of the roof liner. Real pro job. Vehicle two Toyota 4Runner head unit install, shorted out consistently after install, fixed it as it was improper grounding and installation. Vehicle three jeep commander head unit install + backup camera - back up camera never worked correctly / consistently had another shop fix.

Terrible mechanics, terrible customer service, terrible prices. Brought my vehicle here for an inspection and tuneup. TWO WEEKS later they finish the work and charge me me $1k for what amounted to a spark plug change and oil change. The best part? They screwed up the spark plug wiring causing my engine to misfire. They didn’t even bother to check their work. When I called to explain the issue they told me it was my fault for not letting the car warm up enough. They clearly take no pride in their work Further details: they didn’t bother to top off my fluids, they didn’t top off the air in my tires. I’d get better work done at an oil change shop. It took them additional week to fix the spark plug wiring. These folks are NOT trustworthy. Go here if you want someone’s 16 year old son to screw up your vehicle and charged a premium fee for it. The whole experience felt like a sick joke, the epitome of the sleazy car mechanic. Obviously I will never give them another chance to damage my vehicles with their indifferent ‘quality control’ and regrettable attitudes towards customer service. I smiled and said thank you during the whole experience, but looked forward to recounting their terrible work in truth once my car was able to run again.

Terrible customer service. My friend had an appointment for today. He went there and they told him he didn't have an appointment. He showed them the confirmation text and email with the time, date, and address. They laughed and called him stupid and continued to say he didn't have an appointment. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. There is no reason for people to be treated that way.

Not impressed, we had a scheduled appointment and when we showed up they denied we had one and where extremely rude and sarcastic like it was a big joke. We will be taking any future business ANYWHERE else. Very unprofessional

Not familiar with their work. But my husband and I had a flat tire trying to make it to my dad's funeral and one of the employees stopped and offered to help! He brought back a spare to get us to the shop. We followed him to the shop and he got us a tire! They didn't even charge us for the tire! They also gave us a spare and a jack!!! I really appreciate everything these gentleman did to help us!!!

I had heard good things about this place so when my radio stopped working in one of my cars I took it to them knowing they usually do good work and it wouldn't be a problem to get it fixed quickly. When I went to pick my car up the check engine light was flashing, the ABS light was on, the airbag lights were on, the traction control light was on, the tire pressure monitor light was on, and the speedometer doesn't work now. The car only has 32,000 miles with no prior problems so I knew something wasn't right. When I asked them what happened they told me they didn't know and it wasn't their fault but said that they would try to fix their mistake. A week later I returned to pick up my car and it hadn't been moved or touched since I had been there last. I don't know what had happened or what they did beside put a new fuse in but I've taken it in to two different mechanics now and they can't figure out a solution on how to fix this newly created electrical problem. I've called James and asked what (if anything) he can do to help me and the only responses I've gotten have been rude and "What do you want me to do about it?". James and his team created this problem and have refused to help me once they got their money.

We very helpful to install my remote start. I have called 5 separate times to have it looked at now that it's not working and they can never accommodate me. The excuse is I'm too busy. From what I can tell taking 5 min to check out an existing system shouldn't be this hard. Also if they had told me that didconnecting the battery resets the system then when I had work done I would have told the body shop that.
