Scott was fantastic in reaching out to me before they started installing the 15% tint on my 2017 Malibu as well as reaching out to me after the process was over on when I could pick up my vehicle! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to get their vehicle tinted! Great customer service! It’s really hard to find that these days without people having an attitude!

They are 100 percent all the time, I am a car guy so I buy lots of cars they have done at least 15 window tint jobs for me, I have had couple remote starts done as well and they stand behind their products and warranties, got new remote for remote start free of charge when it broke, had a tint issue after 3 years on my Jeep and 2 weeks later they fixed tint for free no questions asked. I will not go anywhere else for my car customization needs.

Once again they did awesome work installing my sub and amp into my vehicle. I have been here numerous times over the years with different vehicles. They are also pretty booked up so if you need work done call asap.

I had an aftermarket system, amplifier, and back-up camera installed by the Precision Concepts team in 2018. My experience was extremely positive at that time. 3 years later, I updated the firmware on my installed system and wasn't sure if this may have reset any installed settings. They fit me in the very next day and not only reset all the necessary settings, but also made a few other adjustments I requested -- and they charged me nothing for these checks. I continue to be amazed at the level of customer service. I'm go glad I have a great team to come back to for future vehicle upgrades. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and installation knowledge and experience! Answered all my questions about adding a remote start kit. Prices are comparable to everywhere else, or lower. Great to deal with. Very responsive to questions. Took the time to go thru all functions and features both inside the store and then outside in the car. Great place to do business. My only complaint is that they're so reputable and good at what they do, they're booked weeks in advance of the major holidays, so don't wait!!!

This place is the real deal! They were able to get me in the same week to install a custom microphone kit that I had purchased online. The install turned out awesome (looks lightyears better than if I had attempted myself) and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them for all your install needs!
