Phenomenal experience thanks to Robert Martinez. I bought a GX 460 luxury. Zero pressure sales. Robert listened to me and so did the staff. My first experience ever was with the salesman from Greece ten years ago who retired, he was amazing. Second experience not good but it wasn’t a fault of lexus at all. And Robert made me completely forget my last sales experience. Thank you to all at lexus. Literally make dreams come true. My mom just bought her sporty Lexus today. I was very pleased with the service provided by SLQC, specifically by advisor Harry Hitchcock. He was very professional and made sure my wife, my daughter and I felt right at home sitting in the waiting area. I recently took my car in for an oil change and it was discovered i had some issues under the hood. I did not purchase my car from the Lexus dealership but that didn’t change the way they handled me. I dont know the first thing about cars Henry in service was exceptional explaining things to me and breaking them down to where I got them. I knew that I was in good hands. After providing him a little information he was able to contact the necessary people for my car warranty and get things taken care of. Instead of having to use my insurance for a rental he offered me a loaner to avoid the hassle. I was so thankful and appreciative for his customer service. After my car was complete I was called by Henry to inform me that another problem had surfaced he then reassure me that there were no worries he would get it taken care of. My car was returned to me 100% at its best I could not be more appreciative. He was willing to work with me for options of payment Understanding that I’m a single mom of two he gave me the best deal possible. I pick my car up and called into Lexus hours later. I caught a flat. I don’t know the first thing again about changing a tire. after calling the place that I purchased the vehicle from because of the lock on my lug nut and roadside assistance not being able to help I got nowhere. I sat in a parking lot for hours I decided to call Lexus dealership and I received a blessing from a guy named will this gentleman came out after hours to takeoff his suit and change my tire with a master key from the Lexus dealership. When he was unsuccessful I explained that I didn’t know what to do because I had to go to work he then reassured me that he would put me in a loaner and send someone out to change my tire the next day I will forever appreciate the extent that these gentlemen went through to fulfill the needs for their client I will highly recommend Lexus of the quad cities in Davenport to anyone for car purchases and care thanks Gentlemen for all you did.

I just had the worst experience at Smart Lexus. I’ve been a Lexus owner for almost twenty years. The service has continually gotten worse. I had a appointment for an oil change. I was quoted a price on the phone. After more than two hours, my bill was much higher. My car was not washed or vacuumed . The wiper blades I asked for were never installed. Terrible terrible customer service

I live in Nebraska and I bought my car from Lexus of Quad cities for one reason and that is Raj. He is the best car salesman I've ever dealt with. I looked everywhere for a car and I dealt with so many other salespeople, all not impressive and trying to sell me more than I needed and taking so much of my time! I found a car on Lexus of Quad cities, called Raj and w/in 10 minutes we already had a deal. He is genuine and honest and works hard for you, trust me I'm a pain, I bought a totally different car. I now have the car of my dreams and it was a 100% enjoyable, easy process! Even finance was a breeze. Wonderful dealership, Highly, highly recommend! 💯

We were recommended to Steve “Karl” Karwath and I can’t thank the recommendation enough. Honest, pleasant and detailed. He took his time answering all of our questions as we weren’t in a huge rush. I can even attest for teamsmanship at Smart Lexus, when a car popped up that we had interest in Steve was out on maternity leave and his colleague Robert Gimmy stepped up to answer a few questions. I truly appreciated knowing that the company offered Steve maternity leave so he could rightfully be with his family and that his clients were getting taken care off...all the feels! We had a few concessions about the car and the saws manager, Nick Grantz was very reasonable and compassionate towards our concerns. He (and Steve) even took their time to make sure we were happy with Francisco’s work...you know the person in the service department that no one ever gets to meet or say thank you too....he’s the real hero in this story, you are so appreciated! I have so much gratitude for the entire team and because of that I felt comfortable the entire time I was there...not one moment of anxiety! Go luxury, go Lexus, go Smart Lexus!!!

Vehicle has an oil leak. They didn't want to check out the issue until numbers were ran. This model has a few known issues with oil leaks. One being very expensive a timing cover leak. I'm not a mechanic but the sales guy said they must of spilled some oil when removing the oil filter. I knew that wasn't the case because for two reasons, 1 the location of the oil 2 the oil filter just lowers down when removed. We passed on the vehicle because of the leak. Was told someone else was interested in it. Our salesperson said he had another SUV and we set a time to see it but received an email before our visit about another SUV that didn't fit our needs. It was only fwd when we specifically asked for awd or 4x4.. Then the afternoon that we are suppose to go look at the SUV that he suggested after Lexus one we received a text saying it was sold. Bad experiences after another. They should of looked at the oil leak to begin with! Last I saw the Lexus it was parked for sale with the leak not fixed!
