Nice gas station with a full kitchen and places to eat inside. They have EV charging which is nice! Plenty of pumps and diesel island on the other end. They take the parking VERY SERIOUSLY. Do not leave your car here!

Staff is RUDE! My vehicle was parked there for no more than an hour and when I got back to my car, a rude older lady who worked there was taking pictures of me and my vehicle. Yelling things and saying “You’re lucky you got here before the tow truck did” as I was getting into my car to leave. Will not go back. As I’ve read multiple reviews about the same situation happening to others, I will gladly let everyone know how my experience went.

Consistently the highest price place to buy diesel. As for the breasted chicken and fried fish inside, good but high priced too. A fountain drink is typically 50 to 75% higher than other convenience stores. I know it's a truck stop but because of that, I drive right by. Price gouging is ridiculous.

I've only been to this store once when it first opened...thought about leaving my store job to come work for them. Nice looking store, that's the 1 star. Still at my job that I've had for 12 yrs. So glad that I didn't quit. I hear so many complaints from people about this store. The 30 minute parking rule, the rudeness of staff and management. The last kicker was this young lady who's car broke down NEAR this station..and asked if she could come in with her little dog and wait while someone came to help her out. This was in the nighttime while it was dark. This store would not let her come in with her dog, even to stand between the 2 door entryway. Human trafficking along this interstate, it's late at night, and you refuse to help this young lady out. Shame on you. So many more bad stories about this place.

This one star is too many! I stopped here for ice and asked the clerk where it was. Instead of showing me where it was, she pointed without saying a word. It's hard to find something when you don't know where to look. The clerk next to her was kind enough to help carry out items for the customer he was waiting on, but she was extremely rude, and didn't even ask if I needed help. As I carried 2 20 lb. bags of ice, one broke and laid on the ground. I went back in and told her the bag broke, and she asked me to bring the ice inside. I explained that it was laying on the ground, so she went outside to look and cleaned it up. This could have been much easier if she would have apologized and offered me a new bag.

Great place - pay at the pump has always worked for me. I am there almost every day. Friendly staff. Clean clean clean. The coffee is the best I have EVER had. I drive out of my way to get coffee here. My towing company tries to buy all of our fuel here. Great locally owned company!!

Otter creek has some amazing food! Their chicken sandwiches are better than you'd get at most restaurants. They also use the good dill pickles instead of those cheap little thin slices. Their restrooms are always clean and their employees have always been friendly.

Broke down on 380 in the early eve and had to be pushed into the parking lot to get it off the highway. I went in and told them it I was broke down and was parked out back and that I would be back in the next day late afternoon to get it picked up she said OK. I left her my name and # and she handed me the managers business card. I said thank you so much I'll be back the next day to get it. She was nice and polite. The next day approx 20 hours later I noticed a bright orange sticker on my drivers side window of my truck (30 min parking subject to tow at owners expense) I looked around and I did see one sign way down at the far end of the row of spaces I was parked at. But not anywhere where near where I was parked. I went in and these people inside were so rude and uncaring. They need to put a big sign for the parking rules so it can be seen as one approaches any of these parking spots. Plus the sticker is of the best quality that it wouldn't just peal off without scratching it off in one inch sections. And the glue used for sticker was not coming off very easy. I just think that the lady the night I broke down should had told me I can not park there over night. That is for 30 minute parking customers only. I was a customer that first night so they should have let me be for 24 hours at least. Two days later I get a call from the PD saying I left a bunch of trash there in the parking place when I left. Ya I did forget my empty antifreeze jug I used to put water in the radiator that first night. (Forgot it) And I gave them 2 sections of there sticker back. On the AC ducked work out back. Wow...really. ? Never come foot on there property again said the officer on the phone today. Trust me when I say....F... THAT PLACE. RUDE AND A LET DOWN. I will NEVER GO BACK THERE.

I liked this gas station/ convenience store. It's large, comfortable, clean, new, shiny, etc. The chicken is delicious. The service was terrific and the staff was professional. It's a pretty cool place in many respects. So why did I only give 3 stars? For hospitality. The first thing I noticed was that there seemed to be plenty of signs loudly and verbosely declaring no overnight parking is allowed and that nobody is to park for over 30 minutes. Wow... One good restroom visit, a meal, and you might be over the time limit! I found the signs bizarre and irritating! One of the reasons I stopped after work was to grab some food and to ask if I could park my van and catch a couple favorite TV shows before hitting the road. Predictably, the answer was no. More often than not, C-stores will permit me to do this and as long as I spend some money; most are quite accomodating! (Examples Kw*k Star and K*m and Go). I felt the signs were saying "Give us your money and head on down the road." Well, I'll be sure to head on down the road... but am not so certain I'll stop in very often.

We stopped in on our way home from Cedar Rapids. My daughter had hurt her foot earlier in the week & it was feeling pretty sore after being on her feet all day. I couldn't find an ice pack but asked the cashier if I could buy a baggie from the kitchen. She got me a baggie & I put some ice in it from the ice dispenser. She charged me for a cup of ice but I would have gladly paid more to quiet my 10-yr old for the 4 hour drive west. I have never seen cleaner restrooms in a convenient store. Everything was shiny & polished throughout the store, even the pop machine. The staff was very friendly & we will definitely stop again when we come back this way!
