I needed to ship a vintage sewing machine with iron stand and wood case. Eric packed it beautifully, investigated the cheapest options for shipping, found ways to dismantle the stand that saved shipping and left instructions for reassembly inside, calling me several times after I left it at the store to make sure what I wanted. He left nothing undone to ensure it arrived safely and that I was satisfied. He gets Six Stars in my book. Thanks, Eric!

Our valuable heirlooms were entrusted to the care of this UPS location. A thorough investigation was never completed and a ups agent never came to our home to inspect our damaged package which was suppose to be a part of the investigation to determine the replacement cost. Owner Erik maintained through the whole process it was the moving company's fault and not theirs which is a convient excuse because our items were in the care of ups when the items were damaged. Having pictures to include in this review would be helpful because these items are irreplaceable and the expected response from ups to this google review will be a continued denial of responsibility.

Terribly unsatisfied with service provided from this UPS location. Two valuable and irreplaceable family heirlooms were in possession of this company and arrived smashed and broken after being delivered across the country. Pieces of glass from a 40's era mirror that was inside the box were scattered in front of my doorstep and the canvas of a painting done by a family member was jaggedly torn. Endless emails were sent back and forth containing information and photos of the damaged items and conveniently the blame shifted to another party when reimbursement costs were to be assessed. No monetary amount would have sufficed because these were one of a kind and valuable only in memory. Companies which take no responsibility when something goes wrong do not deserve to have repeat business. I most certainly will look elsewhere for like services if needed in the future.

This store knows how to help. From printing, shipping, Amazon returns, Charter returns to Notary services. I have had wonderful experiences with all. They are very helpful and know how to get things taken care of efficiently.

Erik is super fast and efficient. He makes sure you are in and out but well taken care of. I always choose to go to this location. I am a hairstylist and I work with people everyday, so it’s nice getting serviced by someone who seems to like his job, as well as people. Thank you Erik!

Erik is a godsend. He helped me not only mail Xmas presents, but also printed some return labels and helped me mail those, too! He just took care of everything, was thorough, patient, and sweet, all while helping other customers expeditiously, as well. What a delightful experience. I visit this UPS store several times per week. It is always like going to visit friends. Abby and Kelsie and Eric are big reasons why I have had a box there for over 10 years. They are an integrated part of my business and I don't honestly know what I would do without them.

I visited the Monona UPS store on 9/10/2020 at about 6:00 PM, and just want to say how helpful Abby was! She rocks. She helped me figure out my spotty wi-fi and my Amazon return. She even walked me through cancelling a return that I mistakenly started for Kohl's drop off. Excellent customer service! Thank you, Abby!
