Even though I came 15 minutes before they closed on a Saturday, DJ was super friendly and patient and helped me get some documents and accounts updated. He also reminded me I could get free checks printed since we were out. He faxed out all the forms I needed mailed as well. Thanks so much! ~Haley

Went in for a new debit card and told the teller my wallet was lost and everything in it. So I would need a new debit card. He told me it would be a 15 minute wait. After waiting 15 minutes the bankers first question was do you have your ID I said no I lost my wallet hence a new card. You need an ID was what I was told. Although when I set up my account you copied my ID. So I waited for 15 minutes for a 10 second conversation. The banker didnt even clear his desk. When I get my ID I will be changing banks ~Jared
