By far one of the BEST Aspen locations! Every single employee provides the best service possible! The Office manager Kristy is absolutely wonderful! Having a cosmetic filling done today was very nerve wreaking. Once I sat in the chair Dr Powell & Liz made me feel so comfortable! Montoya and Robin also stopped in to check on me! WHO DOES THAT anywhere else!? It’s always a pleasure to be here!

I had my first visit at a local Aspen in my small town and was very pleased and amazed by the friendly, knowledgable x-ray tech, hygienist, dentist and front desk personnel. It was a very easy visit and although I was offered my free (through Medicare) same day cleaning after a consultation, I was busy that day, so they scheduled me for the cleaning the very next day. A very pleasant visit and I would recommend them to anyone. I'll be back next year!

Highly recommend Aspen Dental! My daughter had an appointment at Aspen Dental this morning and everyone from the receptionist to the treatment plan coordinator was very nice. They took their time with my daughter and explained everything very well. We will definitely be back!

The staff was super friendly. Very professional. However, the wait was almost an hour and it was only for a checkup. We understand that it was a Saturday, but a 20 minute delay would have been more acceptable.

Some issues with the staff getting our insurance right. The staff member announced that I was not covered in front of everyone in the waiting room. Had to make a call to prove I was covered (again in the waiting room) Also a small mix-up on charges. The hygienist Theresa was very nice.

So first the bad, I had a tooth infection and got in quick and they prescribed the meds and ibuprofen which is common practice. Ten days later I still had pain but unfortunately when I told the office manager I needed more antibiotics, stronger ones, she said sure and they were never ordered for me. The Good, Two weeks after my initial visit, I had a massive abscess and called for an emergency appointment and they got me in first thing in the morning and took great care of me. The dentist listened to my concerns, addressed them and gave me his advice, which I trusted and Im in good shape again. I am very grateful for them and I do recommend.

A$$pen Note: Same Generic Responses to each patient post. Actually spoke with Dr. Kevon Rennie, Owner of Aspen Dental who advised he would investigate our concerns July 18th and be in touch with us. Have no rea$on to believe this practice will accept re$pon$ibility for error$ they make having received a 2nd opinion from another Dentist that what A$pen propo$ed to do was not nece$$ary so we conclude cha ching cha ching cha ching is their priority and not quality patient care. July 18-July 27 more than sufficient time for any business owner to communicate with a customer/client/patient for a resolution.

Scheduled a cleaning and a bad tooth pulled cause my insurance, apparently covered it, so I thought. Get there at 1:30 for my appt. I literally am there until almost 4pm and never got a cleaning or tooth pulled. They only did an exam and X-rays. Then proceed to tell me costs and almost everything my insurance doesn’t cover, which by the way, my insurance DOES cover cleanings (which is what I came in for, just not the extraction)! I have never been to a dentist, scheduled a cleaning and left with nothing done. Everywhere else in the normal world tells u before u go in what your insurance covers and does what u are scheduled to have done. I was there almost all day for absolutely nothing! These people should tell u what is gonna happen when u get there so u can determine if U want to waste your whole day away, so u have the CHOICE if u wanna go or not. Instead they let u believe ur gonna get what u scheduled; just to sit there ALL DAY LONG & have nothing done! People have better things to do with their time. I am on disability, can barely leave my home, it took a lot for me to get to this appointment, just to have to find another dentist and schedule another cleaning (because obviously I’m not gonna have them do it)! And pls don’t respond back to me saying “we’re so sorry u had a bad experience” cause your not. If u were I wouldn’t see so many other people making the same reviews. If u were truly sorry, it wouldn’t keep being a problem with your patients, would it?

Called and made appointment for cleaning, Staff was nice but never got a cleaning for my wife and I, just gave us estimates for work to be done, big waste of time wanted us to come back another time for cleaning. Made us feel like a money grab, already made appt with our previous Dentist, just wanted one close since we moved here.
