I went in looking for the cotton candy ice cream but they were sold out of that so I decided to look for something totally different to try. They got dairy-free options too which I tried the righteous raspberry flavor! Really good! 0 fat, I like that! I will have to try all the others flavors too. 👍😋😍🍧🍨🍦

Amazing ice cream! I had the pralines and cream and it was very flavorful. Had mine in the sugar cone that was also tasty and crisp - very fresh. I will make this a stop every time I visit Urbana.

We were looking for a good ice cream place in town, and saw UDF listed. We've lived in Urbana for 20+ years and thought UDF was just a gas station with some groceries. I read the reviews and was cautious when we went there. What a surprise!! The store was very clean and the guy that made our ice cream treats was very friendly and knew his business. Can't wait to go back there again!

I’m 51 and look 51. The girl at the register carded me for cigarettes and I didn’t have my ID. She refused to sell them to me. My wife offered her ID and is 52. The girl refused her because she said she knew she was buying them for me. This girl needs to find a hobby and stop flexing at a UDF cash register.

Thee rudest staff ever!! It's been like this for years and it's sad to see such miserable people! I've seen very few decent employees here and only come because of the hand dipped ice cream they offer. I even attempt to try and brighten their spirits to put a smile on their face but fails every time! I don't get people🤷

Don’t ever go here!!! Walked in with my fiancée to get cigarettes with my dad, since I’m awkward talking to people I had my fiancée tell her what kind my dad wanted and I was there because my fiancée forgets. So we go up and ask what kind my dad wanted and my fiancée forgot again so he was guessing while he looked at me which made us “look suspicious” so she asked for our ids/license okay that was all fine and dandy until she wouldn’t look at them and refused to sell them to us because my fiancée did that. I said here’s our ids/license and here’s the money my dad can’t get out and walk so he sent us in here, well there’s a law of such and such that we can’t sell them to you because you look underage, if she would of looked at our ids she would of saw we are both over 21, so we go get my father he went in there and he’s defiantly way over 21 😂 and they refused to sell them to him because they thought he was buying them for two grown adults. Never in my life have I ever been carded when I was able to finally buy cigarettes. And never in my life has someone ever refused to sell us cigarettes because my fiancée easily forgets

I stopped in today for a quick ice cream. After looking over what was available I picked a tub that was full. Ice cream loses it flavor as the tub gets towards the bottom. Imagine my surprise when the girl took my ice cream from a different cooler. When I asked why she said the tub she used was almost empty and they use them first.. Needless to say I'll never go back.
