I've been using Minuteman for the past 2 years and I've tried multiple times to get an estimate and place an order they never got back to me. I have a deadline to meet for an advertising campaign. They won't respond back. They only want to print large quantities. Obviously other businesses aren't worth their time. I'd hate to do this but I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Awesome customer service! I sent the wrong document to print and didn't realize it until I went to pick up my order. Sarah made sure to get it fixed while I waited and was so kind about the entire incident.

Amazing prices and amazing service. We had about 300 wedding invitation cards printed and they were so helpful. They helped us correct the font and the darkness of our engagement picture. Made three different cards before it came out perfect. Thank you!!

I called this place on 9/16/20 after having a bad experience at another minuteman press location. Initially the guy Gary seemed to be a breath of fresh air, telling us we can have the print work done in about 3 business days and appeared to be very knowledgeable about the work we wanted done. He returns the call the next day to tell me the work will have to sent out because their machine was down. I sent the file to him via email. I had to constantly call to receive the final draft and pricing info. I finally got tired of begging them to spend money with their company and needing our print work by the end of the week. I ended up calling Fedex on 9/22/2020 and had the finished product by 9/24/2020 and still havent heard from Gary or anyone from minuteman pressing. My advice would be, dont waste your time with them if you need work done in a timely fashion.

Minuteman Press did a wonderful job printing many materials for my wedding (including programs, place cards, and various signs to be displayed at the reception). They were very easy to work with and super responsive through email! I was on a bit of a time crunch and they completed everything by the time needed. Even without previewing any of the items, they turned out exactly as I wanted them to. Thanks for making my designs become a reality!
