Stopped in after work to grab a drink on the way home. The cooler was half empty and quite a mess. Grabbed some GatoradeLyte and red bulls. After I paid I asked for a bag and was handed one to bag my stuff myself. Didn't get a receipt. Noticed when I got home that the Gatorade had already been opened and was missing some liquid. This used to be my daily stop. I'll be going elsewhere now

One star is too high. Parking lot is ripped up. You can’t move your car in and out of the lot at all. Once you finally make it inside there is one person behind the counter and a line of 8 people. Clueless manager finally comes out with a third employee and they open a second register. Not sure why though, the coolers are half empty and they never have Tobacco products in stock. It’s great to wait in line 10 mins to not get what you came in for. Then you get move around the construction workers and other cars trying to move around. If your going to rip your lots and stuff up, just close down for a day. Also figuring out how to manage inventory would be nice. Rival down the road had everything in stock.

Went to get gas bc the kwik trip being built down the road isn't open wanted a car wash too pump wouldn't take my card went in lady sold me the wash and gas I step out and see that the car wash says it's closed not a huge deal but kinda a waste of my time. Nice people team needs to communicate better.

Doc, I am sorry to say but they don’t have Corn dogs in stock, I checked the other day, it was so sad, it brought tears to my husband and I. It should have corn dogs. I am praying for them to bring some in!!

Worst donuts ever! Pre-packed due to covid so they use the stalest, old ones and sell at full price 😡

Went in for a money order for work purposes and the lady claimed the machine wasn't working. I know several people that work at gas stations that use this excuse to not have to drop the money into the safe because it takes time. But that's not the customers fault terrible service there was no one else in line behind me. ZERO STARS

Deplorable, despicable, uneducated, uninformed, rude customer service! Second time in a year that SuperAmerica has changed their reward cards where you must re-register and get your points transferred. Then....if you call the customer service line...the 1-800 number you're on hold for 45 minutes and nobody answers the phone. I'm done! I will go to an establishment who can serve my needs and treat me with respect.... SuperAmerica does not put their customers first!

I like to stop here for gas because it's on my way home. Also I get donuts in the morning sometimes, they are good. All your normal gas station stuff.

Rude rude rude employees. Never have product. No one says hi or thank you back and just stare at their cell phones during your transaction.

The coffee tastes nasty, they don't empty the coffee pots. Tastes old, very dark and strong. Lot is hard to park in. They only serve breakfast pizza until 9:30am. I work close to this place but I avoid this location.
