I had been in store a few times looking at bridal gowns as I was between one here and one at another bridal shop. Each time I came in, I worked with someone different, and each consultant I worked with was so patient and kind. When I came in for my FOURTH visit, all three stylists were there as well as the manager who had been there each time I was there previously and I said YES to the dress with all the consultants who helped me on my journey! Thank you guys so much! I appreciate all of your time and help ❤️

Karen is the most perfect person for this place. She picked out my dress after explaining exactly what I wanted. And she picked my bridesmaid dresses saying what would look perfect on each of them. She helped me special order each color because I’m super picky and she was a saint dealing with me anyway. I will definitely keep coming back to this store and to Karen as much as I need bride or bridesmaid dresses. Edit: I’m also gonna add Alyse Edwards as an amazing worker. She made me laugh so hard. She was really entertaining while also helping us get our dresses. 10/10 the best staff members work here

My experience wedding gown shopping here was phenomenal! I had no idea what I was looking for in a dress and within 20 minutes I had found my dream dress. I was nervous to go as a plus size gal but Jenn the manager made me feel so comfortable in the dresses I tried on! I can't wait for my dress to arrive! Thanks so much again ladies!

I came in today on a busy without an appointment, we asked the front reception if we could still look around because they said they had no stylists available to help. We just browsed around and the manager Jen approached me while I was looking at wedding dresses and asked if I needed help. She placed me with Heather who was so relaxed and down to earth, really listened to me and helped try to find my style. Highly recommend!

My vow renewal ceremony is next fall of 2023 and I went to the Richfield location as the first of one of the many bridal shops I plan to visit on my adventure to find the perfect dress. Karen is absolutely amazing! I picked out probably 15 dresses and she grabbed all of them for me without a complaint. She was extremely patient, kind and knowledgeable and gave me her undivided attention. I felt very well taken care of and am so grateful to her for making my first dress shopping experience a good one. She also kept track of which dresses I liked and marked them in my online account so that I have them for later. Thank you Karen!!

My daughter in law’s wedding dress was damaged beyond repair two days before the wedding. We called David’s Bridal in Richfield MN and explained the situation. The told us to come in and they stayed an hour beyond closing time helping us find the a new dress. They we so helpful and friendly and she found the perfect dress. Ahmed in the Alterations department completed the alterations on the dress in less than 24 hours and it was flawless. Thank you David’s for saving the day and finding Brittany the perfect dress!

Hello David’s Bridal Richfield, MN: My daughter Kelsey booked an appt with 10, yes 10 family & friends members to help her find just the right dress on a busy Sat afternoon (Aug 6). The appt went smoothly and very quickly for having so many people involved. I can’t say enough about Heather Aasand, her knowledge and expertise in helping her find just the right wedding dress was greatly appreciated! She said “Yes, to the dress!”

Michaela was incredible. I was very nervous to find my dress because I’m not much of a shopper and it’s an important decision. Michaela read the room really well and explained the store layout. She helped figure everything out with my family even though they were very demanding and overwhelming. Michaela put a huge effort forward to find us everything we needed and develop ideas with us. On top of that, Michaela gave us all the time and attention we needed to successfully find my dress. It was one of the most fun and memorable experiences I could have asked for. Thank you Michaela for making this such a treat.

I had the BEST experience here last weekend with my bridesmaid! The employees were fantastic, even being short staffed! Super friendly, taking on more than one customer at a time and willing to listen to you. We drove 30 minutes to come to this location and we will be returning for my other bridesmaids dresses! Alterations Manager was amazing. I was booked with 4 other girls with my stylist the day I scheduled for. I had to follow the stylist around looking for someone else who could help one of us. I ended up waiting by Alterations and the Manager helped me and she was awesome. She offered to have my dress hemmed in a matter of weeks and I picked it up and it is perfect. My bridesmaids experiences were not so good. One felt forced to pay for expedited shipping and still received it later than promised so she had to Pau extra for Alterations. My other bridesmaid was given the wrong size and they told her it rarely happens but that she could repurchase the dress, pay to have it sent back, and then get a refund for the 1st purchase within 14 days. She is too sweet so she disnt fight it and paid to get it sent back. Then she was only given a partial refund of $117 instead of the $160. She paid expedited shipping the first time and they charged her again this 2nd time.. even though it was their mistake. Then I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and purses for the bridesmaids along with oh maybe $600 worth of accessories and gifts. Amd the 3 shoes showed up damaged and missing rhinestones and and etc. They tried to pull the same thing on me with shipping back and repurchasing first and getting a refund 14 days later. I said nope this is your faults for sending me bad shoes so I need to speak to a supervisor. They tried to deter me and said it would take 48 hrs to escalate but I said I don't care you need to fix this I'll wait within 10 mins the supervisor had emailed me a return label and sent new shoes no recharge. So again, a headache indeed if they screw up your orders for anything not in store. My Alterations lady was 5 stars, but the rest of the experiencew was a 3 star if that. Just be prepared in case this happens to you. :/
